Gentleman behind the counter helped me out so much, I broke down right in front of their business, he ordered me a radiator hose sold me antifreeze kept me informed when the delivery person was coming, Absolutely awesome I will definitely take my business there from now on definitely went above and beyond his Call of duty.

My family has used Hickman’s for a very long time so when I needed an alignment on my wives car this is where I came . I walked in the door I see 3 service writers 2 are at their desk 1 is having a long personal conversation with a customer “ not work related “ but I keep waiting the other two don’t even say hello or a simple can I help you ? So the service writer finally looks up at me and says can I help you I say yes I would like to get an alignment on my car he’s says can you come back next week ? Mind you I’m already a little unhappy because no one wants to acknowledge me. I have money in my pocket I want to spend and I’m told can you come back next week and it’s only Tuesday morning . I leave go down the street to Saint Lucie Battery & Tire and in less then an hour I have my alignment. I’m guessing you have enough work to keep Y”all busy said to see how your business is really run . Customers don’t come first at Hickman’s .
