Confusing bill and I'm pretty sure I was overcharged on labor for a simple break job on a 2004 Silverado somehow costing $3500.

Had to stop here with a friend when his car had an issue as we were driving to Miami to board a cruise. While I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christina, who checked us in and got us to a car to one of the car rental locations nearby(which is the ONLY reason for two stars- she alone would get 5), the actual work on his car was abysmal. When picked up, his clutch was a LOT softer (you'd think you would ensure that they felt similar for ease of driver comfort and piece of mind!!) and one piece of his engine wasn't even attached!!!! His car sounded awful when he was idling, because there was a piece of his car rubbing against the serpentine belt- which I discovered upon popping the hood of the car. I happened to notice it first, and got him to stop the car so I could move the part. He drove back (we had gotten about a mile or so down the road) and got argued with about his complaints. Thankfully, upon pointing out the piece that was completely unattached, the technician at least reconnected that without argument. I can't say I would recommend the service department of this dealership at ALL to actually do work upon a car.

Sales rep would not let me test drive a Camaro they had on the lot. I presume it was because of my younger age and he thought I wasn't a serious buyer. They were very skeptical of me even looking at the car. Anyway, I went to a different chevrolet dealer and bought a brand new Camaro from them since this one does not deserve my business. I do not recommend Dyer Chevrolet at all, many other dealers around that will treat you much better than they will. Will never attempt to buy a car from them ever again.

Buyer beware- I bought two new Chevy Trax cars from Dyer in August of 201 (demo models). They had about 5,000 miles on them. I was told that I would get the oil changed for free plus two additional oil changes. That was a lie I only got two oil changes. Which is typical when you buy a new car from them. Then I was the warranty was 3 years 36,000 miles. The 3 years started from the date of purchase. That apparently is a lie as now I'm being told the warranty will be up on my 2020 tracks in September of 2023 which is only 2 years and my 2021 tracks April of 2024 which is 4 months shy of 3 years. They will do anything to get a sale even lie to their customers.

The easiest car buying experience I've had. I really like the staff. I feel like they had my best interest at heart. Also, the guy that sold me my first car, a Nissan 350 Z years ago, Fred Ritter works there. He's a nice guy. But everyone is nice there. Thanks for making my experience painless.

I tried to buy a used car from these guyes. Talked to the manager about it for abit agreed to buy the car at there asking price which he handed me off to another sales man. Once I had agreed to the price and they said they put a sold sign on the car, they had a another 3rd sales person call me to get another $400 out of me for a delivery fee. I explained to them I was a spinal cord injury and was in a wheelchair and all. I would avoid this dealer at all cost, take your business elsewhere. I'm a die hard Ford guy should have known to try to buy a Ford vehicle from a Chevrolet dealer to try to find some humor in a very poor experience. These guys are textbook example of why dealerships get a bad name.

Don't go here. I placed a order for Chevy Bolt EuV and was told that my 1,000 dollar deposit is fully refundable. I canceled the order before it was accepted by GM and still haven't heard back or received my deposit. The order isn't cancelled either. They don't want to give me my deposit back or call me back! I'm never again!!

Called to see if a car they advertised was available. The woman I spoke to looked it up and said yes. I told her it would take me two hours to get there and she said looking forward to seeing you. I drove there asked to see the car and was told the car didn't pass inspection. So why advertise it. Wasted my time and gas. Typical used car dealership, say anything to get you in the door.

Let me start by saying my salesman was great and this review is no reflection on him. That being said, Dyer Chevrolet sold me a certified pre-owned 2019 Corvette with a cracked rim. It took them over a month to believe me that the tire/rim were leaking air. After over 30 days, the issues was raised to the GM and he was frustrated that Sales and Service were pointing fingers at each other rather than solving the problem. Also, they sold me the Simonize package with the understanding that the paint would be cleaned up before they put a ceramic coating over it. On the day of the coating, they called me to tell me the Sales Manager would not authorize any "paint corrections". Why would I want to coat over water stains, clear coat scratches, etc??? The Sales Manager is awful and has a bad attitude. Luckily, the GM once again helped me out and refunded my money before the process was started. Due to all my problems (there were many more), the GM offered me a $500 accessories gift certificate. Nice thought, but now it has been over two months and over 17 status calls with GM (which wastes lots of my time) for a certificate that they offered to me! I have purchased 34 cars in my life and you will only see two bad reviews from me - this is one of them. Dyer Chevrolet of Fort Pierce is unorganized, ineffective because they all want the blame to be put on another department, they missed a cracked rim during the CPO inspection (the tire going flat every 6 hours should have been a clue!), and their customer service is awful. Please stay away from this dealership!!

UPDATE! I was looking through this app today and saw that this review was in the draft folder. I have no idea why it never uploaded at the time I posted it, but will post now. I will also put in the correct date. This was supposed to be posted on September 4, 2022 at 10:28am Got there around 9:20am on Sept. 3, 2021. Asked if I could get truck serviced. They said the were not busy. 10 quarts oil, oil filter, wash. I wanted fuel filter changed, they didn't have one, but I did. So they agreed to install mine. I carry spare everything because I'm on the road a lot. Around noon I asked what was happening. They said they were short on the wash area and it was next. 1:20pm asked again and they were just bringing it around. By this time I was too late for my next pickup so will now have to sit for 3 days until Tuesday. Also they charged me $136 dollars to install the fuel filter I supplied!! Total was over $326. They could not do a front end alignment on a dually. Also didn't rotate the tires. *I had posted pictures of paperwork back when in September, but they didn't save in drafts. I drive to my next pickup location but was too late. So now that I had days to wait, I sat down and looked through the receipt, At first I thought they had charged me for a dealer supplied fuel filter, but it is actually noted on receipt that it was customer supplied.
