1st of all- No, i dont work for CVS ! reason for 5 stars = 1. sign up for reward-cost nothing, and when you shop, you only need your phone #. 2. check your emails for weekly % off you can use on ANY item, and "add" that coupon to your CVS card ! 3. buy ONE item, @ self checkout, and PRINT receipt ! 4. READ COUPONS that are on printed receipt. look for $ off any item / % off any item. 5. go get 2nd item if you need- and repeat ! aka- save a bundle that way ! and that's why 5 star review. Also, this CVS, has more items in stock, then the 1 @ U.S.1, and Virginia. and no wait @ self checkout. Quick in and out of store.

Margo is the most friendly and courteous cashier I've encountered in a while! She brings customer service excellence to this store!

The pharmacy manager and the store manager are the RUDEST! CVS should be embarrassed having these people be the face of their customer service. What a joke. Use a different pharmacy that cares. CVS needs to review the customer comments from this location. Clean house and start fresh.

I walked in the store and Matias the manager didn't bother to speak with me but he spoke to other customers that came in behind me. I think he's racist because he seems to only speak to Caucasian and Spanish customers.

The woman at the pharmacy counter was very rude and had zero customer service personality. Kelsha should not be a person who should be considered for a customer greeting employee. She was not only rude to us but other customers as well. Fort Pierce Taylor Creek CVS pharmacy counter manager should put Kelsha through extensive customer service training.

The store continues to be very dirty and rundown. It is a disgrace of a place that provides medical care!!! I usually go inside. This time I went to the drive-through tree limbs were sticking out over the drive through where it would scratch your car. If you didn't go very close to the building to get away from them drown all around the basket that they put my medication in was filthy and broken, when I told the man working there that he needed to get a new basket because the broken pieces of plastic could stick someone in the arm or cut someone's hand he laughed at me. I'm definitely moving all of my medication's over to Publix Pharmacy. They are so much nicer over there.

My 87 year old mother takes lasix for congestive heart failure. I came to the pharmacy in the morning the day before they were to run out. They told me the prescription would be ready at 5:00 that day. My friend went to pick it up at 6:45, and it still wasn’t ready. They told him to come back the next day at noon. I got here at noon today, and the prescriptions STILL ARENT READY!!! They told me I would have to wait another half hour. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The absolute rudest pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I see other reviews with similar comments to what me and several other customers experienced that day. Do they know that they are a customer service business? Keisha was the pharmacist.

Matias the manager needs to be fired immediately. Matias looks right in my eyes and will not address or speak to me at all. However, he will speak to other customers that enter the store. I will be writing the corporate office on how despicable Matias treats the customers.

I never had issues with any Publix pharmacy in over 20 years of service. My insurance switched and they now force me to use CVS. Other CVS stores I tired have been okay but the pharmacy at Taylor Creek Commons store closest to my home is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. They go out of their way to ignore you and/or flat out refuse to help you. Needless to say the only way to get them to do their job is to call corporate customer relations. Corporate will contact this joke of a pharmacy and force them to handle whatever the issue is you need help with. I wanted to share that tip for anyone using this circus pharmacy. I personally am switching to the pharmacy on US 1 and Virginia in Ft Pierce.

The Spanish manager that is going bald with tattoos is aloof to the customers. He looked at me and looked away without any mind of salutation. I hope he knows that if the customer isn't treated with respect...we can and will shop elsewhere.
