This store is filthy... it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages... bathrooms are incredibly dirty… only one person working in a store this size… I definitely won't be coming anymore

Extremely rude pharmacist. Spoke to me as if I should know how the process works with switching pharmacies and spoke to me very sarcastically. If she had an issue with the other place, she sure didnt make that clear.
Will definitely drive further out to pick up my prescription just to avoid this place.

I just went there and had been in line for the past 30 minutes before their lunchtime. Janine and her coworker saw that I was in line and instead they decided to close the blinds. One even hit under the register to sneak out. They were still taking a customer in the front, which was completely unfair, knowing that I was in line as well For 30 minutes. That was extremely rude and zero customer service oriented. I took my break to come and pick up my daughters medication, only to be in line for the 30 minutes and to get to
The window to see Janine and her coworker running out. I had told Janine that I was in line for 30 minutes and she said that she did not care that it was their lunch hour.

Wow I have to say that if you don't like working there then please get another job! All I did was call and asked about my child's medication and the woman on the phone was huffing and puffing. She (with an attitude I might add) asked for my child DOB and name. It's like I was talking to a teenager.

Drive thru takes forever. I’m here on a Saturday and one car at the window and have been here for 30 min. or more. I’ve been asked to come back before if it’s going to take longer than a few minutes to service a customer.?? I guess I won’t be getting my prescription today.

This visit I didn't have wait in line to pick up meds. The staff took about 10 minutes of chatting and getting a register ready? to help me. As usual coupons were not helpful, b/c you have to spend too much money on products you don't need 3 of, to get a discount. I did but a tunic and was able to use a coupon but I would have rather have bought tp or gotten the discount on full price vitamins but it was a BOGO I didn't really need 2 of. CVS isnt supposed to be Sams club. Also your spring H2O prices are ridiculously expensive. The staff was cordial and that's unusual in the pharmacy, as everybody's overworked and burned out. I can't imagine it pays anyone but the pharmacist enough to put up with it for long. You put these small pharmacies our if business, I live in Port St Lucie County and have had long waits for meds ( some have never cone in) and long waits to pick them up. But yesterday was good except that your passport photo machine was broken. I was told soneobe would fix it today But it's a holiday weekend so I'll wait til Tues. If you're gonna monopolize the drug industry you should try to help most of your employees( pharmacists can be rudest) show a little more positivity towards us. 3 nights ago, I was left on hold and you closed for the night. I finally called the store manager who was not available but a nice kid told me pharmacy had closed and that he would pass on message. Yesterday was a welcome Anatoly, except I was dressed for my passport photos. Thank you

I was just in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Last one in the line waiting. They’re so understaffed that they can’t do both inside and drive thru. I get to the front and it’s 7:03 and she puts a sign in my face and I said I was waiting for over 30 minutes and she just says we’re closed. Don’t go through drive thru unless you have atleast 45 minutes to an hour to wait and be prepared for rudeness if you’ve been waiting and it turns 7pm.
