I bought a coffee and went outside to charge my phone, drink my coffee and play family friendly music. I have been doing this for the past few weeks and everyone has really enjoyed it. Except one of the ladies working yesterday morning. She came out and said I can't play my music and I need to leave in an extremely rude manner. I said in a polite manner ok. I will leave and go to the public sidewalk and finish my coffee and listen to my music. Then either she or her manager called the cops after I left had you and 30 plus minutes has gone by. I talked with severel people walking by and had a lovely morning until I got harassed by Cumberland farms and the Fort Pierce Police department. My attorney will be in contact very soon
I would like the Owner of the business to please contact me and see if you can make this right somehow. I went in today to try to get the business owners email or contact info. When I told the lady that the other lady called the cops on me when I left like she said and went to a public sidewalk. Then try to get me trespassed. She said that is not right at all. I said I know that is why I want to talk to the business owner

This is my go-to stop before i hit the beach. I've been in at least a couple hundred times in the last 2 years. I almost always get a "hi" when I come in, unless they're slammed. Only time I've ever had an issue was when I was trying to order a pizza. Everyone was suddenly too busy to make one even though it takes about 2 minutes to get it into the oven and maybe 3 to package it after, if that.Every once in awhile the store is a bit cluttered, but it almost always seems to have an island of stacked flats of merchandise to the right of the door.I've never had an issue with the speed of checkout, or unnecessary conversational delays like some have mentioned. I've seen staff smoking and joking outside like others have mentioned... but where else are they supposed to take breaks?!The bathrooms are reasonably clean, as is the store in general. The gas prices are a bit higher than off-island, but that's to be expected. I never get more than a gallon or two here.. and only then if i don't think I'll make it to the beach and back without running out.

The store manager is very rude wants to cuss you out in everything while she's outside smoking cigarettes in talking to her employees with disrespectful talk in wouldn't let my handicap friend buy his cigarettes because I'm a manager forgot my id I had it on. My phone in because he was with me they couldn't sell him anything she needs to be fired she doesn't need to be talking to anyone disrespectful in any way of form

This place is terrible. I'd give 0 stars if I could. The employees are unbelievably rude. I'm the only person in the store, I forgot my card in my truck so I said I'll be right back. I come back 20 seconds later and this lady rolls her eyes at me. Seriously? Then when I tried to pay she said "hold on I have to ring you up again" and proceeded to talk to someone that just walked in for the next minute. When she finally rang me up and I paid I said "Am I good?". I got completely ignored while she talked to another customer. I left and said "Have a nice day" to which I received another eye roll. Not to mention the gas is expensive, usually 10 cents+ as opposed to if you just go anywhere else on US1. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated as a human being and not an inconvenience. These people don't deserve your money.

I have going to your store for the past 10yrs, ( 5-6 days a week)unfortunately the past 6mths, myself as well as everyone I talk to says the same "cold coffee ". I have called the management company probably 5 times in the past 6mths with absolutely no phone call back or any fix to the problem. The crew who works there has complained as well and nothing gets done, the staff is great, it's just a shame they have lost so many Customers including myself . Too Dunkin donuts who opened 300 feet away, who a Actually sells "Hot" coffee amazing!! I just hope people don't lose their jobs because you're company is run by incompetent management company who can't figure out how to make HOT COFFEE!!

This place not only is a dump but has some of the rudest employees I have ever seen. Just because of there location , they are still a ghetto store. Food is bad supplies never stocked, short on condiments. I once asked for ketchup here and there reply was dont you have any home.

I had a problem with my card working on machine asked Lady to make maintenance report he aggressively threw me out of the store call the police I waited for the police they made no report so I made a report to corporate when my report to corporate made it back to her she had me banned from the store

The kids who work here are rude & act bitter about the fact that they're working at a Cumberland farms. These kids don't know how to be adults yet they're running a convenience store while trying to act like the police. Lol They gaslighted three women & it's a really sad sign of the times when these 24-year-old "adults" act like cops.

went in there march 1 between 2 and 4 bought a 12 pack of michelob ultra and had a 5 dollar winning lottery ticket. she did the ticket on the machine put it aside and said pay for the beer then she would do the ticket after. she gave me change for the beer. and turned the ticket upside down and laid it on top of beer and said have a nice day. got home it was the ticket i turned in. she kept the money. went back and ask about it she played d**** look at the camara left side i had a red cardinals hat on.

I have been going to my condo at Ocean Village for 24 years always passing and often stopping at Cumberland Farms for gas and supplies always having a pleasurable experience until last week Thursday evening when I stopped for groceries.I got more than I expected and didn't realize there were baskets available so I put my load on the counter by a closed register.Shortly after another cashier opened this register and started complaining about my groceries I tried to explain what happened but didn't want to hear it and got rude with me.When I replied she said I decline to serve you.I asked for the corporate number but said she didn't have it. I admit I may have been in the wrong for my unintentional part however that does not justify the way I was treated by this young lady who is not a team player. She should be reprimanded at the least.
