Fantastic early morning drop in! I was in town for a week, got the itch for a class and found CFFP on Google maps. I got a smoking workout to start my day! LETS GOOO! 🔥

This place rocks! The coaches, workouts of the day and space is great. I prefer going to CFFP over any other CrossFit gyms. The people are also great and you will immediately feel welcomed. CrossFit is for anyone
