This is the go-to place. The staff are not only beautiful but very knowledgeable. They are so helpful and informative about all cricket wireless products and technology. The store is always well stocked. They don't try to sell you things or service you don't need. I have to travel extra to get there but it's worth the time.

Received very poor, rude customer service at this store last week. I forgot my pin, and the employee claimed she couldn't help me. I went to cricket on PSL boulevard in Port Saint Lucie, and they kindly helped me recover my pin. Unable to help is one thing, rude and disrespectful customer service is another.
