Called because I have orders to that area and was greeted by a rude individual that hung up on me after I said I would give them a call back. This was after calling multiple times and emailing with no reply. 0/5.

Called two weeks ago to find out info about renting as my husband just got a job in the area. The man who answered the phone was rude and completely unintelligible. I called back and got a little info on sending in my application. I made well over 4 times the rent so figured it would be no problem. After getting the run around 10 times oh I haven’t seen your application and I need more info etc and giving the guy all my account info and everything he says I’m denied because I don’t make enough money. What in the world. I make 4 times the rent makes no sense. I wouldn’t apply here if I were you the guy is rude and will deny you just because.

I just called to inquire about rentals for June. The man who answered was SUPER rude and seemed very annoyed by my call. Won't be calling back.

The only downsides is that a washer/dryer does not come with the unit, but there is a connection available. The white maintenance guy is rude and disrespectful, so I suggest the black guy he’s super nice. The property manager is blunt, but he’s actually a nice guy. Outside of those things I had a good experience living there.

I only went there only for information. I am a nurse looking for a great place to live with my kids and the property owner was very rude. He came off really cold with standoffish energy. He gives the looks as going by your stance for what he think you can afford. I would never go back to this property taking my hard earn coins else where.

I really enjoyed these Townhomes. Every one keep to themselves.It very quiet. There's no loud music playing and unnecessary noise. Besides lawn service and building washers. Don't get caught up in your feelings when you meet the office manager. His a pretty nice guy. He's from the Navy. Some of the apartments have a lake view.They have an awesome pool, so the family can go chill by the pool. Reason I didn't give it 5stars is there's no Gym and the parking lot is assigned to each apartment. It's two parking per apartment, but some people have more than two cars. I low wish everyone should a parking permit ? If getting off work late at night or on a rainy day you have and some one parked in your usual spot?. You're out luck?. Take the "L" and get to walking ?.

Very rude property!!! I called to talk to a leasing agent and because I told him where I worked, he actually hung up the phone on me. Once I called back, he rudely told me to do the application online and hung up. I tried to apply a few months ago and something held me back from applying and now I remember why. He is a very rude character and if I were you, I would not want to deal with a property that actually treats people like scum. I work for an apartment complex and if I were to ever treat someone like that, I could be fired for that type of treatment to a prospect. #DONTMOVETOCORTEZVILLAGETOWNHOMES
