Called because I have orders to that area and was greeted by a rude individual that hung up on me after I said I would give them a call back. This was after calling multiple times and emailing with no reply. 0/5.

I just called to inquire about rentals for June. The man who answered was SUPER rude and seemed very annoyed by my call. Won't be calling back.

The only downsides is that a washer/dryer does not come with the unit, but there is a connection available. The white maintenance guy is rude and disrespectful, so I suggest the black guy he’s super nice. The property manager is blunt, but he’s actually a nice guy.
