We purchased a vehicle from Coggin BMW in Fort Pierce on June 29, 2024. Everyone was fantastic and everything went smoothly and we could not have been happier. Manny, Tom, Amanda, Malik and everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with treated us with dignity and respect. So much so, that we returned on August 5, 2024 and purchased a second vehicle from the same group of people. Again, everyone was courteous and professional. I approached each individual with the same respect that we want to receive (the Golden Rule) and we genuinely feel as though we have made friends.
If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have. Way to go Coggin, you have earned our business and we shall definetly return if/when we are in the market for another BMW. May God Bless all of you.

Carlos is an arrogant POS! He will talk down to you and over you and interrupt you when you are coming at him with facts! When I showed him that my trade was worth more than the measly 18k he offered me, he interrupted me and started that the NADA was wrong and he was only going to make $1k off my trade if he was lucky lie after lie after lie. I bet if I was buying a $100k BMW he would have been kissing my a55!

I brought my car in for service at 10:30 saturday morning, was told that it would be done later that day.
I never received any call, text, or email to inform me that my service was complete. I called 3 times saturday and received nothing but voicemail, finally i spoke to the operator and she told me she did not receive my keys and that i would have to wait til monday morning. My father passed away the next day and due to not having a vehicle, i never got to say goodbye to him. I’m extremely upset and unsatisfied.

Top notch dealership! Came in browsing, walked out with a 21’ BMW 540i! Ronnie McFarland I must say was excellent and awesome to work with on my purchase. He took great care of my family and I while showing us all the ins and outs of the car, setting me up and honestly made car buying easy and pressure free!! I couldn’t ask for a better sales advisor!!! 10/10!! I’ve never been to a dealership where I felt like I was family upon entering. Manuel (Manny) the great aka the general sales manager was excellent, Serkan in finance is very knowledgeable and awesome to work with. Yousef, also I must say was a pleasure. Definitely will be doing business with Coggins in the future. Thank you guys for everything!

If I could give infinite stores, I would!! This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Arca was my salesman and is very knowledgeable and helpful! Serkhan is a finance wizard! Even the management stayed involved through the process! I could not be more impressed and thrilled. My car though- I’ve never owned a bmw before and I’ll never not have one now- LOVE my Bimmy!!

Top notch dealership. Recently purchased an X3, Curtis in sales was fantastic and super patient and helpful. I met the whole management team and they couldn't have been more kind. Audrey in finance was amazing and so sweet. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned car.

I was in the market for a car not necessarily BMW, but stop the at Your fourth Pierc at location while speaking to one of your sales guy.I noticed a car that I liked saw the price.So I told the sales guy I would be willing to buy that car all in cash. At the price that was listed on the car. The problem starts when you went inside. Came back and told me that the price on the car was not correct at which point they begin to change the price right in front of me. I certainly was disappointed in the service that your guys gave me changing prices after you see the customer that only leaves me with one. Thought in my mind which I hope is not true. I went back and spoke to both managers. Told them that I would be willing to pay cash for the car at the price that was listed. They told me the general manager said no. No one else came out to speak with me. So I left, I am concerned about the way you guys do business. Or you guys put in prices on cars based on who is standing in front of you. This is not the way things should be handled

While the staff was courteous and polite, my oil change took 2.5 hours. It was mainly because of the hack last week, so all computer steps were done by hand on paper.

Beautiful cars. Excellent service.
The service/repair department is good, but out of any normal budget. They charge twice what you pay somewhere else. It's like an oil change close to 200 for my small car, i don't know about the bigger ones. But they are the expert so if you can afford it. Do it. I love the selection of bmw merchandise, cups, t-shirt umbrellas, toys, and handbags.
I enjoy every second I spend there because while you wait, you can see all new models and for sure you will be driving a bmw forever. ? thank you, guys.
