Took me nearly 40 minutes of waiting with a desk full of people purposely ignoring me for me to purchase a part that was literally sitting on the desk in front of me, already written up, all I had to do was slide my card. I will not be coming here again for any reason and if you’d value customer service I don’t recommend your either.

The salesman was too much in a hurry, changed vehicle on us .Our car was certified and sold us a car without one and had to buy a $5200 extended warranty and was a dishonest transaction.He also told us he was one of the managers, when he was not.I reported him to management, he still works there so STAY a WAY !!!Buy elsewhere...

I've had wonderful experience dealing with my salesman, Steve Smith and the manager, Carlos Otamendi. I purchased a used 2016 Corvette with 8000 miles on it. My home is in Minnesota and it was a big decision to make a purchase without the ability to drive it and then having it shipped to MN. I still received a good deal even considering the $2000 shipping charge. So come to this dealership for any car they are selling! These two gentlemen will make it happen and you will feel good about it. Tim D.

Shoutout to the team here at Coggin BMW. Sad to say that in Miami inventory is scarce. Found the perfect combo on a vehicle and Manny Miranda along with his team handled our buying experience all by phone. I was a bit concerned of buying a vehicle without physically seeing it, but it arrived looking exactly as it looked in photos. The team went out of their way and brought us the vehicle to our place. Shoutout to Manny, Paul, and Paul. Miami folks looking for nice inventory, this is the place! Id give this place 5 additional stars if I could. Super excited of our new purchase and perhaps we will make this dealership our new go to place. Keep up the great service and inventory.

I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership! The way my roommate was treated at this service center was like he had the plague! I looked at a BMW i8 there when I first moved to Port St Lucie in 2015. Decided to take my business to Braman BMW in West Palm Beach instead. Center of Excellence.

Tired of their being no inventory here. Other manufacturers appear to have solved their supply problems. Suspect this has turned into a BMW strategy to increase margins. This dealership claims to have 46 vehicles in "inventory" today, but most are "in production." Considering Audi Stuart who has over 100 vehicles on the lot.

I keep getting letters from them offering me "above the fair market value" for my BMW.It's a lie. The Trade-In value of my car is thousands of dollars more than their quote.We all know that car salesmen rate below politicians in the trust category, but this lie is so easily proven.

I have never dealt with Coggins before. The only reason I contacted them was due to a clerical error on CarFax that indicated I had brought my car to them for service. It caused a mileage discrepancy on my report. I contacted them and was put in touch with Rick the Service Director. It was a confusing situation, but he looked into it and promised to call me back. He called me back promptly, acknowledged that there was an error and offered to reach out to CarFax and get the entry removed. Extremely pleased with the polite and quick response, despite the fact that I am not a customer and living on the other side of the country, will probably never be. If I lived nearby, they would probably have a customer.

Sarah was great. The positive reviews do not do her justice. She spent time with me reconnecting my phone and Bluetooth after a recall. She had my new plates put on and the oil changed way before I needed it to save me an additional trip in. She even showed me how to measure the tree on my tires. She had my car cleaned afterwards and I didn't even recognize it.

Very happy to have come in to see and test drive the BMW X 5 2021 SUV. Dennis our Sales Specialist is magnificent. No preasure, my husband researched lots of info of different types of makers. One common problem people are experiencing is having to wait 6-7 mths for many vehicles due to the factories not being able to get the electronic components such has computerized circuits etc... those parts are mostly manufactured abroad. Many factories are extremely lacking the employees we had in the past. Can't say for all the BMWs. But, mine was built/assembled in South Carolina, USA of course the engine is German made. These vehicles have so much technology put into them. Some of these practically take over the driving of the vehicle with assisted driver modes. Has for me, I'm old school and this scares me to death:-() I'm not ready for auto pilot in a vehicle unless it flys. The selection here at Coggin is as of today a very good one. In September it's always been the best time for me to go vehicle shopping for the current year. Most of you may know the coming New Year inventory would be arriving. Another interesting thing I was informed (Not by anyone at this location) is Dealerships are charged by an authorizing entity Fees for not moving for example the 2021 vehicles out on their lot. Obviously, causing them $ loss everyday. As for Cogin BMW. To sum it up their service is fantastic. My husband wanted to build one on line. Now, the only detail I could have put to good use was the massage feature on the front seats. Since, an accident I'm still recovering from sitting on the passenger side. My sciatic nerve tends to flare up specially during long trips. I will get this feature on our next. Sooner then later purchase. ITS WORTH IT;-) I'm NOT TAKING IT WITH ME. Enjoy Whatever makes you happy:-() I chose this SUV from inside the showroom. Loved the pearl metallic paint color. Paying X tra for the Large Tires & Rims was worth the X tra $$$. I felt safer, also these tires in my opinion rode better then the smaller ones. Much to my surprise BMW did not bring a spare tire. I called our Sales Rep Dennis. He educated me as to BMWs (At least 2021:) do not for the MAGNIFICENT REASON that they do not stop functioning with a nail puncture, or any other type of incident. He did say, the vehicles computer system will warn you of an incident and details to have them serviced. He mentioned as long as you do not let them get to the point of over wearing, there are no worries of a Blow-Out on the Hwy or road. ***One thing, they do not last the 40k miles. The life is aprox 25k. In my case I'm ok with this. I'd prefer not dealing with the proverbial flat tire. Specially, at high speeds. They are pricey to replace. From Dennis in Sales to my own Consultant Katie Fitzgerald, University Grad Certified I.T. expert who can absolutely program anything in these vehicles. Available by Appt. I've used her services several times. She's patient, professional, represents this entity in a 5 Star manner. Complimentary Car Wash Is Part Of The Great Service No Appt Necessary Come In Anytime You Need To. My New 2021 X5 SUV & I Are Very Happy. So Glad We Purchased Here:-)
