well maintained docks, easy access to ICW and Inlet, wonderful live-aboards neighbor in nearby slips, lance the dockmaster is super nice and friendly, plenty of parking...i'm so lucky I was able to snag a slip in this spot.

I was told that the pool wasn’t for tenants and it’s not up to coed But the dock master and his family can use the pool Nothing about this place makes any sense Very expensive for no pool and outdated everything Shore power is a fire hazard for your boat Water pipe to docks is under water at high side and salt water gets into boat plumbing Much better marina in the area Not worth 18 a foot plus electric and live aboard fee
