I went in and bought a 25.00 dollar vape yesterday. When I got home and took it out of the packaging it was not working correctly. Tried to return it and the lady at the front desk didn’t want to listen to me let alone let me switch it out for a working one. This will be the last time I shop here or at any other circle K

We went to the store at 11:00pm Saturday 11/18/2023 , the doors were locked. But there was clearly a worker leaning over the counter drinking a soda looking at her phone. That store is horrible.

This store is no longer 24 hours. They close Radom hours now. But are usually always closes by 8 or 9pm. They also do not open until after 7 or 8am. They used to be the closest 24 hour store to me and it was very needed and convenient but no longer are they 24 hours. They also have very little and low stock of everything. Absolute WORST circle K in the entire US. Idk how they can even still be allowed to be called Circle K

I visited this location today and, my visit was not good at all I literally had to call corporate tonight because I was over charged for some items I purchased and the young lady behind the counter knew she did. This place has signs everywhere on there property advertisements of cigarettes sales so since it’s close to my house I always ride by so today I noticed them and decided to pull in i see the sign next to the entrance saying Newport’s $7.00 when you by two or more so I went in and purchased two packs the young lady rings up the two packs and says $16.86 So I look at her and she says it again so I noticed a screen next to me and it said put your number in and save $1.00 or more so I put in my number and then hit enter she then says $16.86 so now I’m like ok there’s a problem here. So I swipe my card and then wait for it to go thru then she says have a good night... all I do was just look for a store number this is False advertisement so I’m just waiting to here from so one now but I will never be going back there terrible employees always leaning on the counter very unprofessional
