I went in and bought a 25.00 dollar vape yesterday. When I got home and took it out of the packaging it was not working correctly. Tried to return it and the lady at the front desk didn’t want to listen to me let alone let me switch it out for a working one. I had a really hard time getting my job done when I was working and I was made to leave the store just in time to have a seizure

We went to the store at 11:00pm Saturday 11/18/2023 , the doors were locked. But there was clearly a worker leaning over the counter drinking a soda looking at her phone. That store is horrible.
