The ATM machine outside never works it’s always down or there’s an error and I have to call to make sure my deposit went through .

I like Chase but this branch is understaffed. On a 90 minute wait to open an account, which is not the case with other area banks.

Calling whole day atleast 7 times for Notary inquiry on 05/11, no one is picking up the call. Please disconnect the phone connection and save your money.

I was the victim of wire fraud. Chase has been completely unhelpful and even detrimental to the process of trying to make it right. If you call their hotline it directs you to secure messages, if you use secure messages it directs you to their hotline. Thanks for showing how little your customers mean to you. I’ll be taking my business else where.

Well I've never had a bad experience at my bank which I use Chase Bank and this branch in Fort Pierce on Virginia, all the towers are pretty nice and very helpful I can't focus on just one when the entirety of the bank has always been nice to me anyways just know it's a safe Bank to use

Alain Ervil, Who worked with me he was absolutely fantastic – professional, polite resourceful resourceful and efficient. You knew exactly how to navigate the situation which happened to be very complicated. As for professional attention for over an hour I was able to help me with my situation- problem solved!! 5 stars for Alain he is a tremendous resource for your organization and I highly recommend him.

Customer service representatives are very polite however the drive-through is horrible, it is always horrible.I spent almost 20 minutes in the drive-through the other day it’s totally unacceptable.

One star is generous. They don't answer the phone, bank shuts with zero warning during business hours, tons of people waiting and wondering, drive through not even open. Went to take money out of business account for a stock option - missed out on huge return!! This branch is horrible!
