I purchased a new car and wanted the top-of-the-line product. After a nightmare with the only LLumar Installer for FormulaOne Pinnacle (LLumar top-of-the-line), I was looking for a new company.
I called Detail Addict about Xpel Prim XR+ Tint, but ended up with Window Tint all around (including Windshield and Panoramic Roof) and Xpel Fusion PPF. Watch out; they have a great product, and the owner is a heck of a Salesperson. To be honest, I think I wanted to be sold.
But here's what makes Detail Addict different: They're honest and Customer-centric. Every member of the team, from the Owner to the Detailer, exemplifies excellence.
From ordering special film to give me exactly what I asked for, to a refund for the Panoramic Roof Tint. They tried twice to install the roof, and neither time met their expectations. How often does a shop take less money after losing money on parts and labor, because they're not happy with the outcome? How about zero!
To continue with the honesty: They even shared the cost with me for Paintless Dent Repair from an incident that may, or may not, have happened while my car was in their possession. I was shocked.

“This location was just like every other auto wash location . No bad issues and your vehicle went in dirty then came out clean . I stopped yesterday to wash off some of the dirt like always but this time the owner has hired a lady that is just amazing !!!! I think she said her name was amber , she is the best person that has ever worked there !! The owner needs to give this lady a raise to make sure she dont find another job somewhere else. If she leaves and goes to another location for the same company or to a different company i will stop going to this location and go to where this amber is working !
