Not the best customer service over the phone if you're lucky enough to get someone. Prices are good if it's in stock but don't hold your breath if they say they'll order it. I waited for an update on materials, easily around $2k I would have spent but now I have to go to Home Depot instead.

STAY AWAY!!! No customer service and they are just plain horrible. Never on time, always point fingers at other people, and if they tell you a warranty issue will be done in 1 weeks try more like 15 months. After chasing 5 different employee, managers, installers etc for them to come back and say we can't get to you

I had a terrible experience with this company (west palm beach , fl). My doors arrived and they were all damaged. It took weeks for them to pick them up. They didn't return calls. I couldn't reach them. Now they say it will be another 10 weeks to get new ones. Terrible customer service. I would never buy from them again. I would give zero stars but I couldn't select none.

Great company. Very professional. Unfortunately I left because of the Door dept. Supervisor had unrealistic expectations. I would have stayed were it not for George. There is an ice machine and and water for employees because the warehouse is sweltering with no fans at the time I was there but George frowned upon you leaving your station to refill ice and water. If you ever change supervisors I would love to come back.

Worst and most dishonest company I have ever witnessed in 30 year's. They care more about bonuses than workers safety. The most unsafe facility I have ever witnessed. They will lie about anything and all the worker's are job scared. Horrible facility run by corrupt, horrible humans.This facility is run like a used car lot. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD FROM ANY MANAGEMENT OR SALES STAFF.
