"In Aug of 2012, I became a new customer of Bisco Tool Supply of Fort Pierce, Florida. I had initiated an on line search for cutting tools and decided to view Bisco's web site. Their site was very clear and easy to navigate and I quickly found what I needed at an exceptional price and decided to place the on line order. A short time later, I received a phone call from a very nice lady, Carol. There was a difficulty with my charge card, my problem not theirs. Carol gave me a couple of options and we quickly got it corrected. I had elected UPS ground shipping and asked her if she could approximate the date the order would arrive. I received an immediate confirmation for my entire order and a follow up email stating she had personally routed my order to their warehouse closest to Kentucky. She indicated it would be shipped today and I should receive by tomorrow or the next day at the latest. The following day the order arrived in good condition. I was impressed! Not bad for a first time order by ground that probably would have had a three day turn around that turned into a next day because I asked for and received special attention. Quality goods, ease of ordering, great prices, personal attention to special requests. Yeah, Bisco has me as a customer and I would recommend to anyone else to give them the opportunity to impress you as well." Al La Grange, Kentucky
