Today I witnessed a floor manager grown man yell at the top of his lungs at small children. Storming down the walkway and pointing his finger. Told them to get down find their mom and leave. The woman was Hispanic. So I’m unsure if she totally understood the situation. They were playing on the furniture and instead of speaking to the parent he yelled at those small kids. I asked for a manager above him. The next manager a woman tried to justify his behavior. So I asked for someone above her. She gave me his name and tried to argue with me. That the manager is going to agree that the floor managers actions were justified. No child should be treated this way by another adult. Speak calmly to the parent. You should never address children. I gave this store a 2 because the products they sell are good, but the customer service was awful. I’m afraid to go back in there with him there. I will be going to another location.

This place has gone down hill in the last few months. Shelves are empty, the isles are clogged up with some product, things aren't labeled and in the wrong places smh.

Great store. Lots of stuff you don't normally see at places like Walmart or small stores.
I don't recommend using their restroom!!! Other than that the store is great! ?

There's a lot of things that have changed from Big Lots, no more the bread section and not many snacks like they use to have.

I absolutely love shopping at Big Lots it's very convenient they have numerous items from furniture to baby items great place to get decorations for any occasion their staff Andrew Alex and the rest of them are all very friendly always willing to help with any of your needs. They're always having some kind of 15% off for 25% off of things I would recommend this place to anyone especially the Fort Pierce location their staff is just amazing thanks Andrew again it's my opinion

I don't know what happened to people keeping stuff clean anymore the staff is friendly it's nice but it's just like a big old cluster of stuff in there just thrown in there. Everything needs to be revamped cleaned a little bit better of a process of niceness in there it's just a dirty store.
