We have a 1997 4 Runner that we love and baby.We took it to Bev Smith Toyota to do some very expensive work.All seemed good until we got it home.Once we noticed that they had not only left our SKID PLATE (it's BIG, note photo) off we also noticed a whole lot of loose bolts ?I called them immediately and spoke with Ally in the service department. She was amazing and found our parts note her photo of our original skid plate attached ) as well as reassuring us an expert technician would go over all the work done once we returned to get our skid plate put back on properly.I asked that since this was a very shotty job and expensive one to boot could they take some off of the labor?They did. Matter of fact as soon as we showed up for our skid plate we were first given a check for 10% off our labor.While I would love to give this company 5 stars.I gave 4 for them not putting our car back together properly in the first place.As for the awesome women (Ally) who deal with customers (because the men in the service department can't or don't? ) they get 5 stars.Their/her communication was excellent as well as their/her follow through.We will still continue to use Bev Smith Toyota because even though they let us down at first, their follow through was excellent.

It started off as a positive experience. I bought a 2022 Sienna XLE. All in all I'm very happy when the vehicle. It's just that they drove the vehicle up here and it was supposed to be ready to go. When I first got in it I noticed it was kind of shaky. Took it to the local Toyota dealership and had the tires rebalanced. I drove and rode beautifully after that.This means that when the vehicle was delivered it wasn't ready to go. I had to pay over $86 to have the tires balanced. Something that was (supposedly) done on October 25th. When the vehicle was at 19309 on the odometer..Anyway I reached out and got touch with Albert. He gave me some nonsense about how the folks that drove it up didn't say anything about the way it rode.I did provide Albert with a invoice where I paid over $86 (have something done that should have already been online when I received the vehicle).I paid asking price for this vehicle and I even had to pay a measurable amount to have it delivered. They wouldn't even meet me halfway on the delivery and then they deliver me a vehicle that's not 100%.Again, I'm very happy with the vehicle I'm just not happy with the service and how I was dismissed after I bought the vehicle.

I had my first car buying experience at Bev Smith Toyota yesterday, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Mike Primelo went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable the entire time I was there. He not only put me in a car that I loved and suited me and my needs, but a car that was safe and reliable as well.I am extremely satisfied and impressed, and will be recommending Bev Smith to anyone looking to buy a car in the future.

I dropped off my vehicle on Sept 5th to Bev Smith Toyota's Collision Center for repairs after an accident. It has been 21 days without a set timeframe of when my vehicle will be repaired! Either I or my daughter have spoken to Janessa, Abby, their manager and a Customer Relations manager, Ms. Ivey who although polite have not assisted or shown empathy for this level of poor customer experience. They insist on placing blame entirely on the insurance company while not acknowledging their own part. In first, not following insurance's specific instructions on how to properly submit claim for payments and second, not taking initiative in advising me earlier of delays with insurance. Each time I got any information was because I personally called, went down there or had my daughter call them to find out what was wrong. This was a very disappointing experience in not only poor customer relations but a lack of integrity which is something I highly value as a pastor!

We were very happy with our salesmen Ken and Trevor. They were very professional, personable and patient!! They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. This is the second car we’ve bought from Bev Smith Toyota and would definitely go back again. They made us feel like we were the most important customers they had.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, which can always be a stressful process. Marlon Ariel Fernandez Suarez made me and my family feel welcomed and cared for. This dealership will not stop sending emails regarding another customer. I have called multiple times in the last year. I have never been to your dealership or Florida for that matter, you guys have the wrong email address please fix it!

Buying a car can be a bit scary and pretty stressful. Matthew Youssef put our minds at ease! He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and so funny! He lightened the mood with a couple jokes, but was serious when needed! We will be going back to Bev Smith Toyota whenever we are in the market for another vehicle! Thank you, Matthew

Their strong arm selling tactics was NOT appropriated! Before even showing us any vehicles they wanted all my personal info and then wanted me to sign a paper committing to buying from them. (Which I would not sign)Then after that they showed us vehicles but wouldn't even tell us the list price until after we drove it. Also they took my current vehicle key to get a trade-in price but wouldn't give my key back until the sales manager further tried to strong arm me. I will NEVER be back there again!

I had struck a deal with them for trading in my car, but the information they provided turned out to be inaccurate.From the onset, the staff seemed professional and trustworthy. However, as the process unfolded, it became clear that the details of the deal were not as they had initially described. This misinformation led to unexpected complications and left me feeling deceived.Transparency and honesty are crucial in any business transaction, especially when it involves something as significant as a vehicle trade-in. I expected Bev Smith Toyota to uphold these values, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect this.I hope that Bev Smith Toyota takes this feedback into account and works towards providing accurate information to their customers in the future. I went for service which is always great. I opted for trade value while I waited. Ken came to me with trade info and asked me some questions. I was interested in a newer used car. We went to other room and discussed everything. He asked what I wanted, what I wanted to spend and even what color. He checked out what he had and asked if I was interested. I was. So in between downpours we went and looked at car that was brought closer. I wanted the black RAV4 I tried it on and we went to work on paperwork. After everything thing was explained to me to my satisfaction we finalized the sale. Finished with financing and went out to learn about my next car. Ken was very attentive and patient with me. I went back after a couple days and he answered the few questions I had. Ken was amazing and I plan to upgrade soon and I will definitely want him to sell me my next car which will be new . I am very happy today !!
