Good day. I have received letters asking me to buy their extended warranty, I asked for the details since no one buys without knowing what they are going to buy, when I told them no, the person who called me got upset because I told him no and that when the factory warranty ended that I would do the maintenance and repairs since I am a mechanic, and he got angry that's why he ended up treating me badly and threatening me that he was going to send a letter to Bev Smith to tell them not to attend to any claims on my part while it has a factory warranty and then He didn't let me talk about that, he raised his voice loudly and cut off the call. I think I could proceed with a lawsuit in that case.

Had to come back as tires had to be ordered - this happened before when I needed a battery, Mike and staff were very nice about it - I do have a question on bill but no one returned my inquirey on it.. I will stop in this coming week

I would highly recommend Bev Smith Toyota and make sure to ask for Joe Cleri. He was really sweet, very informative, and made me feel comfortable about the purchasing process. I went to several other dealership before coming here and felt like the other dealerships didn't provide the knowledge of the car or provide the dealership benefits like Joe did.

I would like to give this establishment five stars but the atmosphere is chaotic and loud and it was not very professional playing loud music when you're discussing business. Our sales person Fabian was very nice and very professional, the finance guy Stephen was very professional and helpful, I would recommend going there for the staff. To be fair the dealership is under construction so it was chaotic because of that and we did purchase a vehicle. They have a great selection.

Shoutout to Luis for everything!! He’s honest and made the process smooth and not to mention he made sure everything was to my Liking. If it wasn’t he got it fixed ASAP for me. Absolutely in love with my Toyota RAV4. Definitely recommend Luis and look forward to working with him in the future. 10/10 customer service experience

Don’t trust a word these guys in sales or finance tell you. They tell you one thing and do another. First time dealing with a dealership that lies this much. Lost my respect and a customer.
