“Jackie was a SUPERSTAR!My sister and I walked in and saw two guys behind the counter. My sister asked the first guy if all the batteries were on display. Guy one dismissively said "Yeah." She then asked if he had a specific battery in stock, and he completely ignored her. A male customer walked in, and guy one started to help him. Guy 2 stood there and ignored us from the start. As we were talking to each other about how we were being ignored, Jackie walked out from the back. As she came out, a new male customer walked in, and guy 2 started helping him! Thankfully, Jackie was our savior! She helped us find the right battery, spent time talking to us, and answering our questions. She even assisted her coworkers as she was helping us! She brought the battery out to the car and took the old one back into the store. We are so grateful for Jackie's patience, kindness, and knowledge. If it hadn't been for her, my sister and I would have walked out and gone elsewhere. I hope management knows what a jewel they have in Jackie!”
