How does Bank Of America manage to mess up this bad... The machines are always broken, There's no staff even attending the place so good luck getting help and asking questions, and when staff are there the service is terrible! I'm currently switched to PNC And they are atleast a lot better than this! Do better than this absolute dump of trash.

the service at the branch at 2421 Federal hwy fort peirce FL. is the worst I waited over 2 hours to get 1 page notarized when I seemed the engorged I've never had to wait this long

This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor, bank elsewhere unless you want the worst customer service imaginable. Understaffed, frequent unscheduled closings, poor customer service in general. I have never been treated as badly by any other Bank as with Bank Of America and this has been going on for years,

In the past I have had trouble/ problems with bank of America holding checks and stuff of that nature but today Ms. Helen Stewart-Douglas helped me tremendously and I will be back for her help with life plans and account management.

Always 2 tellers 6 days thru out the week. More than 30 minute wait to deposit or withdrawl. Need more staff to make customer service efficient. This bank is short of staff after coming here for over 3 years still the same nothing has changed. This is the only Bank of America location that is like this. Please advised someone in management or corporate

This is an excellent, well-organized, and efficient Bank of America branch. The staff is friendly and sensitive to customer needs. I was visiting from out of town and came in with a complicated financial issue that they were able to help me resolve with ease. Pat, who oversaw the flow of customers, kept everything running beautifully. And Paula, who took care of my paperwork, did a superb job. I highly recommend this BOA branch!

This place is awful they never have the drive thru open and there so slow and always have lines that lead to outside it’s a safety hazard since we are in a pandemic and it’s also just bad business

Has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever received in a banking establishment. There is no line or a sense of urgency when it come to servicing the customer. I was put on a list to see a banking specialist and was skipped multiple times by other customers who were simply walk-ins not even appointments. I would not recommend coming to this bank for your financial needs let alone service.

As a business owner I always prefer to give a review in person and in private to the manager or corporate. But sadly, communication with Bank of America has been impossible. Unless you have an account and use your mobile and online account, and even then, it would be really hard to get a human resource to help you.I tried for almost an hour to get someone at the location on the phone and no answer. Extremely important because a deposit was made to one of our agencies and no deposit slip was given to us and I cannot verify the deposit since it is not my account.That is why I won't take my businesses or recommend Bank of America. Sorry. I love a bank where my banker is at a phone call away.
