Purchased a Dining table. I’m assuming there was a manufacturer problem on badcock end where I received two DIFFERENT color panel for the table. Called the office and the young lady stated that there was nothing she can do until manager gets in(she was not sure what the manager schedule looked like )and proceed to let me know that she don’t want to call to find out because the manager is going through a lot in his life. I get that, life happens and so is mines. The table panel is on the floor and there is no where to eat my food. Not only that, but i’m highly frustrated and disappointed because there wasn’t any information given of the next steps. I keep calling the corporate number and everytime a staff calls back they immediately hangs up. I rented a vehicle to pick up the set and your telling me that basically I have to rent another vehicle to pick up the correct parts of a mistake I didn't make, not only that i have to wait a little over a week. They have Very unprofessional, and i’m very disappointed.

Awesome experience today! Lisa Huff at the Ft. Pierce store on US1 was so helpful and friendly. She did everything to solve my problem and even kept me company. She was there the whole time. She even walked me to the door after solving my problem. Thank you

Online and door states you're open until 7pm. I'm drove quite a distance here to walk up at 6:46pm and watch you lock your door and turn off your "Open" sign right in my face. Rude and unprofessional. I simply needed to see if you had a piece of furniture here to check the fabric, but even if you do, I wouldn't even buy from your location! Badcock Home Furnishing is very nice the only thing I say is they're very pricey I think they're a little high on their prices for the furniture TVs whatever you purchase Your customer service stinks. I called I wanted to purchase a table and I was wondering. Could I get it from now south and have it brought Two Fort Pierce, the young lady never called me. I called to purchase a bedroom set and was advised the bedroom set was discontinued. I offered to purchase the bedroom set off the floor with 10%off. The store manager was very Rude, lack customer service, unwilling to resolve the issue, and he had a hostile tone. Avoid this Badcock! Since Debbie the previous owner left the store and customer service have went down. If I could have rated this store a negative zero I would.

I really enjoyed my experience. Brindley and Kadeem did such a great job. Kadeem welcomed me and got me right over to Brindley to seal things quickly. I loved their vibes also they were very knowledgeable and confident. Keep up the good work guys!!!
