you are now ask to give up your keys or your ID which contains some of your personal information you don't know who these people are looking at all your stuff personal ID just for a drying cloth and with Covid and all this other stuff I got to give you now my keys. What are you guys police officers? this is crazy . Port Saint Lucie need , El car wash here . this place sucks

My brothers birthday was a couple days ago and my uncle had took my brother to the car wash and the fin had came off of his car and the side strips tore apart and this was a brand new car too. The cleaning was good but the machine is not reliable for all types of cars. So if you have a kia optima i don't recommend.

Not sure what has changed but that past few times I've gone through the wash, there is soap left on the car and not very dry. Three different vehicles so it can't just be the shape of the cars. At my last visit I mentioned it to the attendant and they tried handing me towels to wipe it down and told me the machine wasn't working and had parts coming? If I wanted to have to dry and wipe soap off, I'd wash it at home in the drive way and save myself $20. If the car wash isn't working, shouldn't someone say something before spending money on it?

Easy entry with limited line. But... I could tell upon exiting that all the dirt was not off. Decided to take advantage of free towels and windex. At this point, couldn't move because truck in front of me waiting for space to park. I left car to find a towel. Had to ask 2 other customers. Wait for employee. Move my car now Oh wait, my cars now dry. With spots every where. What a waste of money.

the last two washes left my classic bmw 545i with water spots. i had to clean it again to wax it. it's time to go to another store to see if they can do a good job the first time. chuck

Went to the car wash today with my husbands Brand new Tesla Model 3. Upon exiting to vacuums and began wiping down to discover driver front tire had been cut on sidewall and tire guard. The rim had a small knick on it as something actively sliced the tire in one place. Brought to the attention of manager at car wash and we reviewed the video cameras and due to the poor quality of their cameras they could not say it happened there. Don't waste your money. Far overpriced for a drive-thru car wash that doesn't even get half the soap off, much less dry. And I'm not expecting much for a drive thru, but this is the lowest quality one I've been through - and I went twice thinking the first time was just a one-time experience, turns out it's like that every time. Not to mention the vacuums, they literally suck at sucking. Just go somewhere else.

Their car wash put a huge scratch on the roof of my new black car. Clearly I didn’t have a huge scratch through the paint of my roof before I went through and it was there after. I called after I got home and saw the gouge/scratch and was told to bring it back. Brought it back to be looked at and was told it wasn’t possible for it to have happened there since no other cars had complained. We were advised to file a police report and call our insurance company. In other words, good luck and go away. Horrible way to do business!! Unfortunately for me I was told their state of the art camera system hasn’t been installed yet so they can’t pull the footage to verify that their machine did the damage.

Still haven't fixed that big buffer wheel at the end that completely ruins what was an amazing car wash. The buffer leaves a greasy film all the way down the hood, windshield and roof of my car. Just get rid of it I don't see what it's supposed to be doing except making me frustrated and keeping me from coming back.

Rob was awesome explains the services and assisted me with my membership. This place is awesome and the prices are very reasonable. Glad I've found this car wash.

On a busy Sunday I came through the line , I realized I forgot my wallet .. I flagged down one of the car wash attendants . I told him I forgot my wallet and all I had was $2.00 , and could he please let me out the side exit . Car wash attendant Steve told me to not worry about it.. and he flagged through to the car wash .. Thank you Steve for your kindness . Every time I go to wash-N- go everyone is polite and helpful.

I needed a place to vacuum my car and went searching and found wash & go, and I'm so glad I did! Super helpful employees, a free bug wash station, a great car wash, free vacuums and everything else you'd need to give your car a thorough cleaning! Thanks for an awesome car wash, I'll definitely be returning!
