I was searching for a place when I came upon Atlantic Cove. Although I haven’t made a decision on whether I should move or not, I do know WHERE I want to live. That’s Atlantic Cove. The staff member Michelle, is so awesome, friendly, and kind.

I have been living in this community for six years now. It has been a convenient place for me and my son, as the school has a good rating. The manager and maintenance staff respond promptly to any requests, and in case of emergencies, they are always available for the residents, regardless of the time or date.

I have enjoyed our 3 years at Atlantis cove. Clean and quiet neighborhood. The office staff and maintenance team are always super helpful and were always available when we needed them.

This community is friendly, safe and welcoming! The staff goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met in a timely manner, and I have been treated as if I am a favorite family member from the moment I inquired about living here. Not only is the property manager genuinely kind to me, but she is genuinely kind to my dog also. The property is well-kept, there are several poop stations and a cute doggie park also. There are several amenities, and it is very affordable! We love living at Atlantis Cove and it's by far the best apartment living community experience we've had thus far!

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Granted this is a quiet and safe place to live. The Office is very unprofessional; they never answer the phone and have terrible communication skills. I absolutely wouldn't recommend. 2 days into moving in, everything fell apart. Save yourself the headache and find people who actually care.

Love the convenient location, the apartments is well keep, the staff is very understanding and get any complaints handled at a timely manner. I was afraid at 1st due to my previous experience but the process want well. If your looking for a wonderful community with amazing staff and the warmth feeling of home sweet home check out The Atlantis Cove.

Beautiful community. The maintenance team are professional and takes care of my issues when I make a report. I love living here.the manager is very wonderful she’s very nice with everyone.

It's a cozy,comfortable,peaceful,quiet,pet friendly apartment complex all the buildings are in good condition,with pool,gym,pet park etc not to mention the receptionist is so courteous and the maintenance team is always ready to assist I'm so happy i got referred to live here and i don't regret doing so.

I will have lived here for a year and my experience is still wonderful, which I will continue here; They always fix a problem, it's always clean, the manager and her team are accessible, and there's always a positive response. I feel safe and at home. very happy to live here.

Ive been living here for going on 2 years and its been amazing. the grass is always cut, trash is never pilled up by bins, good location and close to a lot of stuff. if any issues do arise, management always gets it resolved in a quick, timely manner.

Moving into Atlantis Cove was nothing short of an easy, stress-free experience. Between the property manager always answering emails right away and the maintenance team being quick to access any problem at hand I love being here. Thankyou Atlantis Cove team!

I’m give star one because they don’t have any special for free month so i have pay for full of rent on Aug so I was suppose move in on Aug 11th so too late so I feel knew so not right for me about pay rent on Aug okay so I hope i would getting back refund … I don’t appreciate too …

Dishonest sales team. New manager claimed she didn't know what was going on with communications with old manager. They did a bait and switch. They promised apartment would be updated with carpet throughout and the entire front didn't have any at all. Paint in front was chipping and light switches torn off. Very unethical and they do not take pride in their proposals.
