Price goes up for the units. You pay for security, and yet anyone can have access to the units because there's no longer a gate. I was told people keep running into it, and the mechanism is broken. Use the money from the higher rates you're charging to give people what they are paying for. I'll start shopping around elsewhere.

I kept my stuff here for about a year. During the heavy rains, my things got wet. The water dripped right down the back wall. You can see the water stains inside the unit. There were also huge cockroaches crawling all over the walls and my stuff. The owner did nothing to resolve the issue. Then I received a notice informing me about a rent increase so I vacated the unit. I doubt that I would ever rent a unit from them again.

Very reasonable prices. Buildings in good condition. Rats have been a bit of a problem in all 3 of my units. Good size open storage lot for vehicles. Management and maintenance are top notch. A family owned and operated facility. Got some rather bait at office. Rats should not be a problem any more.
