Came into this 7/11 towards the ends of the night and there was an older lady at the counter this is the second encounter I’ve had and it wasn’t pleasant I normally purchase scratch offs at different locations DAILY I just so happen to ask what number the ticker was on and the older lady behind the counter said and I quote “we don’t get paid to stand behind the counter to do this” with an attitude and I’ve been in when she’s not working and no one else seems to give me this problem this lady seems as if she’s kinda not interested in good customer service or doing her job regardless of if it was just asking for the number on the scratch off if I could give negative stars I definitely would.

The manager Ricardo say they ain't pressing no sandwiches cuz he don't mess up the grill it was nice and clean and your ( hungry self and getting no sandwich today) That's what I took it as! So Unprofessional.

I seriously shop at 711 for everything , but this particular store always give me an issue no matter the day or time . The younger cashiers are always so polite but those rude behind old lady’s that work there definitely need a new job . I walked into 711 with my kids to get a free slurpy in which I though was suppose to be all day , after getting the cups and to the register with my daughter she says “there’s a sign on the door , we ain’t doing those for free after 7” in which now I’m looking at the time it’s 7:07 . So I ask okay so am I getting full price for these & she replies “yep sure are” so I said this was suppose to be all day and she replies well it’s not “have a good day” . In a past visiting I send my 8 year old inside for a spoon while I sat in the car with my 9month old & this old lady sent her back out saying she can’t have anything unless a parent is present, she wasn’t buying anything but getting a spoon , so I told her that I sent her in there for it and I don’t give a damn who she thinks she is , I was getting my spoon if she liked it or not , and in the same time an offer was in the parking lot and told me that that wasn’t her policy for the store that I didn’t have to listen to her saying my 8year old couldn’t get one , and ended up getting it for us instead. Maybe this place just needs to be shut down

Quick and amazing service , long story short .....I had a problem the cashier women handled it and honestly she was quick on her feet no hesitation and also put her customer first while also training a employee , btw Awesome leadership skills ! 👍🏾

I normally enjoy shopping at 7-Eleven but this store on Orange Avenue is poorly managed and staffed with lazy and rude employees. There is one particular cashier, an older woman who works the night shift has a short temper. Anytime you politely ask her anything she gets upset and answers you in a nasty manner. I've complained to Ricardo the store manager but he doesn't do anything about correcting her bad attitude with customers.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is so unprofessional, no mannered employees, coffee machines are never in order. Y’all need to shut down and find better employees. No wonder no one stays and works.

I love 7 eleven hot dogs, but this place never has them. Someone mentioned a buzz cut lady who was rude to me also. I guess I'll go back to wawa were hot food is always available and friendly staff.

Employee wasn't friendly. Go down the street Mobil orange ave, the employee is very friendly than this gas station.
