I appreciate them for getting me into my second car with them. Owner and sales lady sat me down and told me about a lot of programs they have to look into with them. I’m glad I decided to go back to them . I love my car I love my car

Guys. Terrible place. The woman at the front desk is EXTREMELY rude. Truly thinks she just doesn’t care. Didn’t bother to answer any questions. Didn’t care to show me any of the cars or what was actually available and okay to drive. SHE EVEN HAD A VEHICLE ON THE INVENTORY WITH A FLAT TIRE! I had to tell her about HER vehicle that should be well enough to drive. Her mechanic guy even told her it needed to be fixed or it’ll blow out. She even had the nerve to tell me that “im probably gonna need to get a tire” LADY WHAT?!?!? The woman is putting broken cars on the lot. they are pricing the cars so high for terrible quality to the point they WILL make sure they’ll get it back. Broken down or not they’ll double the pricing once they take it back. DO NOT BE FOOLED PEOPLE. And trust me don’t bother leaving a response because I’ve had the conversations myself with her in person. Wears glasses with a nice looking dog. She is absolutely terrible. If you are especially a black customer residing in fort pierce don’t let them hurt you or your family financially. I mean absolutely disgusting. Stop telling people it’s false allegations. YOURE SIMPLY A LIAR. DO BETTER BE BETTER

I drove 1 hour to come to this dealership. They had hundreds of vehicles listed on the website & they also advertised that they get new inventory every Friday. (FALSE) when we got there on Friday the lady said we don’t have those cars on the website and she pulled up only 2 cars they had left both had over 100,000 miles. Mind you the parking lot was FULL of cars. Well over 100 cars. Maybe it’s because my boyfriend was with me and he was black.. we were also rudely greeted and the lady didn’t stand up once to talk to us. She was literally not even trying to help us & was very dismissive. Didn’t even offer to show us the 2 cars she had left. When we asked about the cars that had no price listed she said it takes them 8 months to get a price. It honestly sounded like she just didn’t want to sell us a car but that’s ok we will take our business elsewhere. We had $4000 down so it’s their loss. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

Purchased a car from them, the engine blew. Returned the car. Purchased another car from them, they put the cost of the blown engine into the new car I was purchasing, fine. Now, 3 years later after paying off the second vehicle,
that they added the cost of the first vehicals blown engine. They are still trying to add the cost again of the shifty car into a new car loan. Absolutely crazy!! I have purchased and paid off 2 cars with them!! Also have sent 4 of my family members to them over the last 6 years!! Keep track of your records!!! Very shady!!! And facts are that I have sent them many other people over the years! Very sad!!! Losing a returning customer over poor record keeping and horrible customer care!! The owners daughter is amazing, I pray she does not keep the shady heart of her father!!
