I can’t tell you how many times my wife and I call this bank and no matter how many times you call or any Wells Fargo in this city nobody will ever pick up the phone and the branch not one person. It is so irritating that you always have to call the 24/7 800 number to get any type of assistance. This is not how a bank in the city should run When you have other clients that need attention in your city.I told myself I would NEVER !!!!!!!!! bank at Wells Fargo again, because on a different matter I have a contractor of mine that has paid me and I’m having to wait about 2 to 3 weeks for a check; this puts me in a very bad predicament, always having to wait for a check because besides writing 2023 he corrected it and made it 2024 after an investigation within three days and sat down and wasted my time $800 out of my pocket later for having to hire other guys for my jobs for one check because of alteration and we have already verified and provided documentation of bank funds and statements on my contractors end and that everything is in great standing and I still cannot get my money!!!! This is ridiculous how this bank system and bank company runs its process

The best Wells Fargo branch, my experience was opening my personal and business accounts. The service I received was professional, empathetic and they accompanied me throughout the entire process. I give my 5 stars to the branch and a more personal thank you to Dawn Rykalsky who provided me with professional, respectful and perfect service from start to finish because she clarified all my doubts in my account opening process. I will always recommend her. Thanks to the tellers and their excellent service, to the people who clean the place because it is a really pleasantly clean branch and to Mr. Alexis who helped me with my online account.

If it wasn’t for Dawn, I’d give 0 stars! I went in today 10/18 and the other banker wouldn’t give me the time of day because she had an appointment at 2 and told me I’d have to make an appointment to be helped! I was there at 1:45 and it took Dawn only a few minutes to help me. Dawn deserves 5 stars as she’s always customer focused and attentive, the other banker deserves a pink slip! Unbelievable how some people have no regard for the customer, and should not be employed in a relationship building role! I pulled out a large sum of money due to this employee and put it in another bank! I explained to the other banker that I would pull my money out if I couldn’t be helped today and she said “that’s your choice”! Wow, just wow!!!

Worst banking experience of my life. They were very quick to issue a credit card. I merely wanted to create an on-line account so I could pay it off on-line as I do with other companies. After two weeks involving two visits to a local bank and numerous calls with more transfers than I care to think about, I finally gave up and had them cancel the card. Each employee merely wants to pass issues on to someone else as opposed to handling them.

Very tired of hearing "COVID" as an excuse for lack of customer service. WF was customer service oriented and a breeze even with their bad press and shady practices. Since COVID you pretty much have to have an appointment for anything. I was unable yo get documents notarized without an appointment because they were waiting for an appt to come in 10 minutes! It's time for a change to another national bank.

Sat in drive-thru for 10 minutes today, and not one car moved (only 2 lanes open). Lobby still closed even though rest of nation is open, stop using Covid excuse. This branch always has terrible service with no sense of urgency! Left and went to another branch!

UPDATE seems as if it was to just clean the store for the day.They seem to be closed just went at 10:00 a.m. and they were not open. There were no signs on the door either.

The service here is horrible.Every visit. Plain and simple. Depositing a check takes 30 minutes in the drive through.Every time.
