Very lazy staff, walked in 15 minutes after they open to open a new checking with them and deposit a large check, they could not be bothered and stated I could come back 9 days from now with an appointment and they could help then as they were busy, 3 tellers at the counter, 3 managers in their offices 1 single customer inside an office and 1 single customer in the drive thru.I would say that is lazy, not busy.

some of these negative reviews are just nonsense so I wanted to offset them with a positive review.Only ever stopped at the drive-tru ATM, but it’s in a convenient location!

Called prior to my visit to inquire if an appointment was necessary to open a business account as an existing customer with personal banking through WF and was told, "No, just come in during normal business hours." This is the nearest WF location from home, over 45min away. Arrived to this branch at 345pm. We waited for an hour to be told that they would be unable to help us that day. And while the employee apologized and offered to set up an appt for the following day, I just don't understand why I was told in the first place an appointment was not necessary, when it is obvious that it indeed is necessary. Prior to this, I had also called to inquire about notary services, and was told that an appointment was not necessary. Showed up at 3pm to be told the notary had left early for the day. Lesson(s) of the day? #1. Make an appointment or you won't achieve anything at this branch. #2. Go to another branch. This is the last time I'll seek services from this Wells Fargo location.

Drove 20 miles to this branch after NEGATIVE customer service at Lehigh Acres branch (don't bother going there, read reviews). Tiffany H and the other bankers are cordial, polite, welcoming, friendly, and have been EVERY TIME I've been to this branch. Now, I've had issues with WF overall in the past (which may be what some of these reviews are about), and I've had issues at other WF branches. But this one, the line inside is always short because the tellers are helping people efficiently. They don't turn you away from non-counter business because you haven't made an appointment. And they're just positive people. Good job!

Well I’m trying to call the bank to go in and set up a wire transfer and no one answers the phone. It’s just rings. It’s during business hours and I do t appreciate keeping my money in a bank where I can’t contact someone about it. I need to find out how to do a wire transfer since only the drive thru is open. Apparently I will have to go thru the drive thru tomorrow to reach someone about this. How inconvenient as usually of Wells Fargo.

Went there this morning. I had a set time to meet with the bank to open up an account since I was from out of state. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I met with Martha a very nice young lady. We sat and was asked what i was looking for and how she could recomend the very best way for me to be happy with Wells Fargo. After about 30 minutes I was set up with my account and online banking. Martha was EXCELLENT.....I cant say enough of how pleased I am to be banking with her!!Thank you Martha...Top notch!!!

You can no longer deposit cash into someone else’s account. Wait, what???!!! Yes, you read that correctly. You can no longer deposit our Country’s American Dollar into someone else’s account. Cash. Cash is no longer good at Wells Fargo. I personally do not bank with them, and most certainly will not after they refused a cash deposit into an account I was not a “signer” on, even though, I had the account holders name, account number, and address. Please, someone explain to me why you can not walk into a bank and deposit cash into someone’s account when you have the information necessary for said transaction. Screw you Wells Fargo.
