I showed up 35 mins before they closed to ask about opening up a business account and two of the clerks looked around and at each looking for excuses as to why they couldn't even start to process it when my EIN was set up and my LLC was registered already with the website they use to verify everything, like it was going to take up their precious Friday night (when the bank doesn't close till 5). I will be going to a different location and possibly rethink opening one up with this bank in general.

This is the worst bank in the world they’re atm machine jammed now they’re trying to make me wait 10 business days for them to do an investigation. I shouldn’t be penalized for that. I hope this place gets shut down and if I don’t revive my money they will have a lawsuit on there hands this bank gets a -0 don’t do business with these people you can’t trust them

I find it ridiculous how being a loyal customer for 10 years now that I am still charged 5 dollars per money order when Walmart charges half that. Already been having issues with Wells Fargo customer service, and I think I'm about to switch. It isn't about the money, it's about how you don't even treat loyal customers with competitive pricing when other places will give a stranger better prices. Take care of your customers cause I'm about to leave

Haven't really did to much business with this branch. But I stopped there on a Thursday afternoon and I need a paper notarized. It was a older lady that helped me and I think she was friendly and did a great job. We actually talked for Bout 30 minutes

Been here a selective amount of times. The times I've been here I always get treated nicely and the banker I work with knows their things.Thank you for reopening! I've heard of other banks that are still closed and that's crazy. Thank you for having premiere customer service

I am paid in British pounds by my overseas art licenser. I've been depositing my £ cheques to this bank branch for nearly 4 years. They always behave like they've never seen anything like a foreign cheque before and there's a lot of talking behind the scenes before I get any results. The whole thing usually takes about half an hour. Yesterday they told me they would have to slap on a $75 surcharge for the service, adding they "only have requests like this about once a year" (I have done this twice in 2019 alone). I have been using this bank for literally decades, ever since it was called First American, and I have a SUBSTANTIAL amount in my account. Guess my business isn't worth the bother? Time to find a new bank, I guess. Unhappy customer.

Along with many banks this one is turning into a shell. There is no more common sense and connection to the customer. Kids behind the counter that can't count but rely on a computer to say if it's right or wrong. Wether the customer has $200k or $200 they are all treated poorly. Just because you say welcome when a customer walks in doesn't mean you are connecting. A computer could do it with more feeling and connection. Fees are thrown at you at every turn and they shrug their shoulders because the computer says it's so. We are done with these banks and taking all retirement, 401k, direct deposit paychecks and our business accounts to Finemark. It's a real bank that still cares who you are.

I love this branch! Everybody there is no nice and helpful. I go there about 2-3 times a week and have for 7-8 years now and only have great things to say about them. 5 Stars!!!

Horrible customer service! I know I didnt have appointment with personal banker but I waited about 20mins to finish the rest of my car refinance form with the banker (she was the only one there except tellers). She also said she would be with us for few minutes. Then she was done with other customers, she walked out and took other guy who came behind us, just because he said he had only few questions quickly. I explained I will have class at 2pm, she asked if we wanna make appointment another day. Are u serious? We been waiting for long time and now u took other first and tried to excuse?

I'll never step foot in that branch again, nor recommend anyone else to do so. I explained to the teller my needs, she directed me to have a seat to wait for a banker. The teller was fine, no complaints there. The banker was another story, I sat for 10 minutes watching her fight with copy machine. A man walks in the door and she made a beeline to him to see if he needed help, he did and she ignored me and helped him. As he walked past me I told him how long I waited and that he could have her. You would expect bank employees to be more aware of their surroundings and not so self absorbed
