Got in asked if there was a list they said no, sat down and waited an hour just for them to say they can't open a bank account because they are booked with appointments. Waisted an hour of my time. Super busy and only 2 people working at the desk and line super long for other customers for front desk seen many people walk in and leave.

Everyone that I was in contact with was nice. Wanted to open an account, there’s literally 2 people being waited on and myself and they told me they had time to sit with to make an appointment but not to open an account. There’s a reason people give them bad ratings.

I opened a business account at the end of 2021. Shortly after, I got a call from the branch asking for me to return because they forgot to collect an important signature, which I returned and provided it. Fast forward 2 months later, my business account is closed now (due to the missing signatures) and I will have no access to my money until I receive a cashier's check in the mail.Ps. I called the branch yesterday when I received the notice of the closure, but she told me to ignore the letter because everything was taken care of.

My husband took my check that was from my employer who has an account there also that I signed for him to cash. They would not cash it. He was told that he needed a debit card. So he got a debit card and we tried again for him to cash my check and they still would not do it. The other Wells Fargo on Palm Beach had no problem cashing it. What is your problem?

My experience has always been 5 stars with the Tice branch. The manager Marisol, Martha and Izza (no longer there) have always been prompt and professional.It does get bussier between 4 and 5 pm, especially on Fridays, but they work very hard to ensure that we get helped as fast as possible. I've never had any negative issues at this branch. I started banking here four years ago, when there was a male manager. The current manager is excellent, making sure everybody is welcomed is helped promptly. The tellers are courteous and helpful. They even give you a mask if you forget yours.I am very happy with this branch and I plan to continue to bank here.

Went in to inquire about a loan ( I have 40% down!). From one of the side offices, a young woman named Martha was so helpful. She acknowledged us, then came out and we told her what we wanted to speak about. She immediately went and talked with a tall, young & rude woman who apparently was too busy! Martha told us she had an appt at 3, but that she would try to answer some questions. While waiting on Martha, the tall woman comes to my wife and and says rather loudly and in the midst of the lobby, “what kind of questions do you have about a loan?” Her demeanor was condescending and her tone was rude! She should be reprimanded! Martha, on the other hand, should be commended for putting the customer first AND doing it with kindness. Turns out, the people we.needed to see we’re not there. When the employees are not there to do their job, do they not realize they are wasting the valuable time of the customer? We went to First Community and were treated right. WELL DONE MARTHA!!

I went to this location to deposit money into a customers personal bank account. I brought $1000 in hundred dollar bills and was told that i can not deposit cash into a personal account. Commercial account ok but not a personal....WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE? Past that the teller suggested that I go get a money order so that I may deposit the funds....so go pay money in order to deposit money? I immediately called the account holder and suggested to him to close his account and cease doing business with a bank that doesnt accept cash. Correct me if i am wrong but the balance in any bank account represents a cash value?

Went into this branch to cash a check made out to me by my dad who is a customer. They ask me for 2 forms of I.d which I provided. They also told me to put my thumb print on the check which I did also. Then the teller decided to tell me she need to check with the manager the computer show that she need to speak with my dad and he need to call them. Something I never heard of in all my banking years. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal to the fullest. The manager gone tell me she have to do that with every person that comes in the bank with a check made out to them from an account owner which I know was a lie. Glad I do not bank with them anymore and never ever will.

Least favorite bank of all time. Employees did not help resolve my problem and absolutely hate the atm service and features makes no sense at all deposited a check just to have it on hold for 2 days til i could finally use it
