I wish I could give this branch a NO star. I came into this branch to withdraw $3700 from my account. The teller withdrew the money from my account. Went to drive threw to get my money. She said something to the manager then came back telling me I didn't have the amount available. I asked her how when it showed she clearly withdrew it and reversed it back. She told me I had to come the next day to withdraw anything from my account... I was ticked.. I then went to another branch withdrew my fund thanks to the nice truthful teller that took care of me there. And was upset because this branch here refused to release my money. The new manager here is rude he wouldn't even come address the issue. He just sat there staring like I was a criminal or something. I absolutely hate this branch the worse by far. I've been banking with them for years and its only this branch I've ever had issues with especially with withdrawing my own money

I tried to open checking account online but it had an error, I called Wells Fargo customer service and they advised me to come to local branch. When I came there, there were 3 managers, none of them was with customers. The Top manager directed me to supervisor, she directed me to another bank employee. She told me they are very tight on time but they spent 10 minutes talking in Spanish in front of me laughing having a good time while I was waiting to get assistance. Then they told me I have to wait another 10 minutes and "If the next appointment is not going to show up, then MAYBE they will help me to open an account". I turned around and left. I have never being treated so badly in any other bank. It takes only 10 minutes to open an account, its not like I was applying for a mortgage or a car loan. Needless to say I will never work with that bank again. They don't want my money, too bad for them.

The customer service in this bank is horrible!Whoever is the manager needs to really get check out by corporate because all the reviews are bad and it keeps getting worse! I don’t understand why do you work in customer service if you can’t do customer service!

Came at 4:30 and this was my one and only option and they closed there lobby early and wont cash my check at the window. Horrible management and workers can't communicate very well either. And if you scroll down this list of reviews you see a common theme, the owner or manager constantly apologizing for the expirence and that the feedback is helpfull, obviously its not or either you cant do your job properly because there is never improvement or praise.

I had an appointment today to open a company account in this location, I arrived 15 minutes early and was attended to 10 minutes after the appointment time, the official who attended me began to complain to me that there would not be enough time to open my account because it required 1 hour and a half and that my appointment was only 1 hour, then he began to question the way in which I had made the appointment online, of which I have screenshots from my mobile where it appears that the appointment was managed in the same way. correct way, then she told me that she had called my personal phone number which is completely false, then the employee began to ask incoherent and unnecessary questions wasting the time of said appointment, in the end my account could not be opened because I appear in my documents As the owner of the company, I also appear as Manager of the company but a second person appears whom I have designated to perform tasks when I am not available in Florida, a member designated by me who is the owner for functions authorized by me, The lady who helped me and then the bank manager allege that if this person appears in the documents, it would have to be in the company's bank account as well, which I see as illogical because I am not going to want an employee of my company that I use as secretary has access to my bank account. Well, for the rest, I recommend not going to this Wells Fargo location for which I have filed a formal complaint and I will be aware of the procedure, much less I recommend the lady who serves the public from the first desk entering the bank, I did not even want to know her name, it is evident that he does not know his job and even more so, the lack of desire to satisfy the client is evident.

I went to this branch today to add my wife name to my account. I waited almost an hour. then the manager said you need an appointment and he was rude and one of the employee was rude too.

I went to this branch at 1540 Colonial Blvd. in Fort Myers to open an estate account yesterday and was told I would need an appointment which I was happy to make for the next afternoon at two o’clock. I arrived five minutes early. One other customer was waiting to see a bank officer. I did not know that this customer was waiting to see the ONLY person seeing customers. I was told he’d be with me “shortly.” Same person, presumably the branch manager, came by ten minutes later to inform me that they’d be with me soon but that they were “running a little behind.” This same person, the manager, then went to his office and sat down in front of his computer. Apparently branch managers are unable to do much other than smile and tell you that you’ll be served shortly. That was it. At precisely 2:20 p.m. I gathered my checks and legal docs and left without anyone saying a word. Bad service doesn’t begin to cover my experience - two trips to a bank (I live 40 minutes away)- and nothing. Stay away from this place. You’ve been warned!

The employees are nice so that’s the reasoning for 2 stars, but this location is consistently understaffed. Constantly a line to the door and never more than two tellers working up front. Many customers walking in to see the line and just walking back out due to not wanting to wait. Slowest bank I’ve ever visited, 30 minutes wait seems to be the standard.

The most I’d use here is the atm. I don’t recommend coming to this particular location for help or if you have any questions. I had a question and there was a gentlemen sitting in the first cubicle closest to the door. He asked if he could help me. Instead of finding out the answer to my question because he didn’t know it, he sent me into a long line of tellers who were very busy. The gentleman was not busy and could have easily found out the answer for me.
