It's one thing to be profiled.. it's another to be profiled by your own culture of people...
10:48pm....as I'm going to check out, I noticed a young lady come stand RIGHT next to me and stare at me checking out... mind you... 4 other terminals open full of White or Latinos families, couple..moms with kids and single White men..... standing over me like IM wrong for even being there.... walmart please teach your people better....

If you arrived 1 minute before closing dying trying to fill a prescription they'd shut the door in your face mid sentence. Horrible hire practices at this location in particular.

Without fail, I always encounter extremely rude employees!! Checkout lines are NEVER open & even when the are customer service is lousy! The only time this location is anywhere near bearable is before 8am, but even then, extremely rude & careless employees.

The worst shopping experience I have ever had at a Walmart anywhere in the US. Grocery item prices were inflated and multiple items were out of stock or they did not carry them. For example lettuce, peppers and tomatoes were 2-3X as expensive as Aldi. Dirty floors and rude customer service employees. Employees were also standing in front of the exit doors talking with each other and when asked to step aside they made rude comments. Seems that the store Manager does not have control nor cares about serving the customers. Will NEVER GO TO THIS WALMART AGAIN!!

Okay shopping experience but leaving the store was a joke! Other self check customers walked past the door person but I was stopped. She wanted to see my detailed receipt and checked in all my bags. I had 5 items. She treated me like I was a thief! When we asked her for her name she put her arm over her name tag, turned her back on me, muttered something and walked away. I won't be back here!

Customer Service here doesn’t exist, trying to get a money order, It’s like trying to get an ice cream at McDonald’s, trying to get someone to answer the phone, Nobody will, trying to get an answer for a question, just make one up yourself. I’d give zero stars if I could, I’d really like to know who runs this place cause I don’t think anyone does. Walmart is a joke and I’ve spent millions here over the course of my lifetime. Shame on them as they have no best practices.!

I went in because I was sitting in curbside for 30 minutes before I decided to go in. I go in and I’m standing at customer service it’s 10:30 at this point but the lights are on everything I even got the option to click a button for an associate so I stand there for about 8 minutes before someone comes in not from the back but from the front and immediate started telling me “ we re open at 6, I can’t do anything , my systems won’t let me… etc.” well I just had a question about my pick up so I continued to tell her that and she interrupts me to tell me she has nothing to do with that because it’s curbside and I can pick it up in the morning because they’re closed… I had checked in right before 10 which I know is cutting it close but at the same time they also don’t tell you it’s closing on the app so how was I supposed to know. Totally fine about it being closed but not cool with how rude the lady was in customer service. All this to say this is why I don’t shop at Walmart because they have weird policies and miserable workers. I hope she is addressed!
