Went there for some RV levelers. About two cases they both were tore open and look like they've been through hell and back. I bought them but I'd never took anything out I will be taking them back did not need them. But I video and took pictures while they were in the Cart before I ever bought them.

Store was surprisingly clean and mostly organized. Removed the hand held scanners at self checkout making it very difficult to scan large items. Also, narrowed the entry and exit paths through the self scan so it was hard to get through with a beach tent I was trying to purchase. Then on the way out had a receipt checker ask in Spanish I'm guessing? Not sure as she was talking to a random person and didn't even look at me but then she yelled HELLO?! RECEIPT! and I told her I'm not showing her my receipt, call the police if you think I'm shoplifting. I'm so sick of how rude and entitled these idiots they have checking receipts are. If you ask nicely I may let you but if you make the checkout process a pain in the a** then shout out me in a rude tone I'm not showing you anything. Won't be back that's for sure.

I have been trying to get my medication for the past 2 weeks. Every time I come, it's closed. It's is 6/17/2024, 1:50 p.m. and it's closed with no signs advising if it's closed altogether or if they will come back. If they are coming back, when? Nothing. I will be moving my medications to another pharmacy. This is incredibly inconvenient.

This Walmart should be closed and all the workers sent to other stores - after retraining. The cashiers and floor workers are incompetent and do not speak a word of English. I lucked out with this Walmart as I ran into a manager while searching for an extension cord. The manager directed me to the correct aisle for the cord then waited to help me with the other items on my list.
The checkout line was different from the ones I’ve seen in Ohio. Multiple lines feed to a Walmart employee who directed me to a no wait self check out line.

Their new (old) checkout system is just like the self pay registers, and sucks big time. It doesn't relieve anything and creates a whole new set of problems. The main problem with walmart is that they have like 10 to 15 checkout lanes but just 2 to 4 are actually open at any given time. Now instead of having 2 to 4 lines 5 deep, you have 1 lane like 30 deep, and during busy times, I'm sure it will go at least half the length of walmart. If I can't get to Walmart within 1 hour of opening, I just won't go. NEVER go to Walmart on weekends or holidays unless you bring a chair, with lots of time to get bored, checkout is next to hopeless.

Worst Walmart in Lee county. Hour and a half wasted here I'll never get back simply due to the horrible conditions. Couldn't even complete my purchase. Disgusting.
