Called to talk to someone in Pharmacy. Wanted to transfer a prescription. Phone kept being answered and put on hold. This happened 4 times. No one had any desire to answer phone or help out.

Picked up a script expecting 90 day supply, was only 30 day supply with seemingly 90 day cost.I asked Chanel, the Pharmacy tech about the price, she said that was with my insurance.I told her I wanted the Good RX price,, much cheaper. She told me that she will check that next time. I sarcastically said she was a bundle of help. She said"I know".What a terrible employee.

I’ve rarely made poor reviews unless they are extremely warranted. Shancy the pharmacist and the staff at the pharmacy there are awful. Horrible service, nasty attitudes and condescending behavior. I even attempted filing a complaint but strangely that day their customer service line was down. I’m too tired now to call and go through the experience again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

They lie about not having medications to customers, they are rude to customers that don't look to their standards. How they are legally allowed to withhold service to people who need medication is beyond all recognition.

In the past 2 years of having this place as my pharmacy, Im done! Listing all of the issues Ive had would require a book. Read all the negative comments from others, Ive had the same experience. If you value time and honesty, dont use this location as your pharmacy!

All the bad reviews here are no surprise. My experiences with this Walgreens have been nothing short of horrible. They never have medicine needed to fill scripts. They tell lies about when it will be ready and some (not all) of the staff are abrasive including Paul, the pharmacist who actually hung up on me rather than discuss my concerns. Not surprising that the staff take on the persona of their boss. Today I returned to Walgreens for the 3rd time that my script was reported to be filled, and on this third time they made up another excuse. Lies Lies Lies. I have to return tomorrow for the fourth time to get my prescription. My wife quit going to Walgreens choosing instead Lee Pharmacy who have and continue to be a top notch operation with courteous staff qualitied pharmacists and awesome communication. Never had a problem with prescriptions here in 2 years. Walgreens is the worst, and these reviews are a testament to that. Find another pharmacy. That's what I'm doing.

Pharmacist **** gets 4 stars and did return my call. She was much more engaged in explaining and answering questions.However overall Whoever answers phones (1star) sounds irritated as if patients bother them. Unfortunately no matter what I call for they seem miserable. This leads to poor customer service and the dismantling of human compassion an overall lack of empathy for those ofus that have to take medication. Trust me I don’t wish to be in line for medication especially when spoken to as if a burden. Not to mention I PAY for these services. At minimum we should be treated with respect and concern.

Like every other review I have read, I too would give Less than ZERO if I could. Extremely rude, horrible customer service and never have my Rx ready on time even after I call ahead as they requeasted. It's as if they want to drive you away. I spend $200.00 a month cash here because they are the only ones in my neighborhood. Stay away if you like to be treated well. Seems their corporate office could care less about all of these horrible experiences or they would fix it.. I will be traveling, with pleasure, to give my business elsewhere.

The reason I'm writing this review is for the pharmacy tech Crystal she had an awesome shirt and she was amazing she remembered me from a previous visit had my medication ready for me and had me in and out no problems at all thank you so much Crystal only reason I am writing this four-star review is because the previous day the pharmacy was closed due to short staffing

If I could give this zero stars I would. The pharmacy is the worst and has absolutely no clue what they are doing. I have tried to pick up a prescription for an antibiotic four times now only to be told that they are waiting on approval from my doctor who sent over the prescription to be filled. When I was super confused by that statement the guy just kept shrugging his shoulders at me telling me to call my doctor so I did. My doctor told me that is ridiculous no one's tried to reach out to them and there's no reason why they need to send approval on an antibiotic that they prescribed for me. I suggest using the Publix pharmacy next door in the plaza.

This location has the worst pharmacy team I have ever dealt with. I had to call around to find a location with a certain drug and was told by this team, word for word, that she didn't feel like helping me. Seriously? This was after they kept picking up and putting me on hold over and over. Won't ever be giving business to this location again.
