They pick whenever they feel like locking the doors. Change the hours if you are going to close early because “we have inventory.”Hanging up the phone on a customer when they call while standing outside the store well before closing isn’t okay. “You can come back tomorrow at 9.” I think not, start prioritizing or this place is going to keep going down hill.

Been using this pharmacy for quite a few years with great success. This year has been a little different. I use express pay for my scripts which is where my issue happened. My card on file date expired and was ask for my new card. They put card in reader to update then informed me it did not work. I used another card so I could be on my way. I pulled up both card accounts and I was charged $265 on each card, double charged me. I went back to Walgreen's with all my reports and receipts to get my refund. I was told by the pharmacy Operations manager to go to my banks. They would not give me a refund even though the transactions were still pending. I was angered by their attitude about their error. I went to my bank and spent most of an hour filling out paperwork to get my $265 back. The bank was very helpful. Nothing like the lack of a "Think Customer' mindset from Walgreen's and the Operation manager.

Absolutely awful the pharmacy hours are odd to say the least and then it's not even open when it's supposed to be. And even when they are open they screw up every single script. Store is dirty and unkempt it's probably time to shut this one down Walgreens and do us all a favor.

It's not the store. I can't stand it because it's on a one way side and people fly threw here literally. It's a shortcut for most and I have a child. Seems like most are too worried about their prescription or just cutting across the lot to care about anyone else.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DUMB!Sat on hold for somebody to answer and put me on hold. I asked if they had a specific medicine. They say "huh, can you spell it" I spelled it for them and they said no and hung up.Please host a customer service class for these d**** rude foreign Hispanics.

Best staff at any pharmacy down here in Sunny Florida !✅Sandra** —>is amazing and very personable making time for each patient when short staffed and swamped with the phone ? & refills .Forgive me not mentioning the names of the other gals and gents + Head Pharmacist Jim ✅!!! It’s alright except confusing as confused when your trying get tests done, have paperwork from the doctor who wants it soon asap and they still make you make a appointment which you can’t even get till the evening time after your doctors office is closed and you have to wait till the next day to figure out what else you need to do to get better. Also two different signs in front of the store that says different things about testing is not good valid information either.

The staff at my Walgreens pharmacy on the corner of McGregor in Cypress Lake have always been great. It’s nice when I walk in and Sandra knows my name and has always been patient with me. The girls have taken the extra time to research the best prices on expensive medication that I takeregularly. I would recommend Walgreens pharmacy to anyone.

This pharmacy is going way down hill. Wish this wasn't the closest walgreens to me. The tall foreign working there held my medication from me. Told me it was on back order when it was there the whole time in the fridge. She is awful and rude. Not sure how she can legally hold my medication.

I use the pharmacy everyone great but this one lady with like white gray hair she is somthing she is rude she has no idea what's going on I may have to go to a different Walgreens I can't take her far as the store everyone is great

I was put on hold 7 times in one call for just under 20 minutes. They said please hold the first 3 times and then just kept putting me on hold without courtesy after their system would time out and send the call back to pharmacy. The answerer appeared to know the system and developed their own drill for call management. NOT COOL!
