Multiple times now they have not filled my prescription, not told me why, and have left me to deal with it. This is dangerous, unethical, and someone should be putting a stop to these practices. While I don’t fully blame this particular group (although they should be making their patients aware) Walgreens as a whole is completely out of control with their practices. I will be switching pharmacies.

The didn't use my Walgreens account so my total was twice what it should've been I didn't know till I got out to my car and realized but then it's too late since I paid it's very frustrating

I’ve never been so disrespected by an employee of an establishment. Called the first time to pick up a refill for which I believed was available, the computer automated machine said my script would be available same day, I’ve had issues with this is the past no biggie, just call and talk to a human right? So I speak to an employee and they confirm the same thing. My medication will be available same day.”mind you I drive over an hour to this pharmacy. Let me tell you the rudest mother*****s you’ll ever meet. Ben the pharmacist plain and simple said the medication won’t be ready for 5 more days. I asked why I was told for the Second time my meds were available and I was told to keep better track of my dates. This Walgreens is absolutely a disgrace

Pharmacy manager, Jessica, violates HIPA, thinks the law doesn’t apply to her, and will stalk and harass customers if she feels she has been slighted. Baffled as to why Walgreens would keep such a mess employed. She already has a felony. Guessing she’s trying to collect as many different charges as possible?

The pharmacy is awful. Rachel B is a train wreck. It looks like she samples all the medications her self. Nothing is ever in stock this place is a mess. Literally trash on the ground. Rachel always has food stains on her clothing. It's just an awful sad depressed environment.

Placed an order online because I am in a rush, once I arrived at the store it took 10min for the lady in the register to then decide to ask another employee for help, another 10 min go by and the register had to actually assist me herself as the other employee failed to assist me.

Worst pharmacy ever, Will never shop or use Walgreens’s ever again. Pharmacist put my prescription on hold for two weeks. And was forgotten about till I I called.. It stated pharmacist was reviewing my prescription then after I called took my prescription off hold and medication was out of stock. I only went there because I was working right around the corner.Sent my prescriptions after two weeks to Publix pharmacy and was filled same day with no problems.

They constantly promise that something will be ready in an hour. Come back in an hour...it'll be another 30 min. Come back in 30 min...well we're busy we will text you when it's ready. Unacceptable.

Went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy was closed. No one there even though they were supposed to be open. Store employees have no idea when they will return. They've been closed since the day before, no word on when they'll be back. WTF! I have medications I need to take. Their phone system puts you on hold and they never even tell you there's no one there. How the hell do they get away with this? Talk about irresponsible and dangerous for anyone depending on their meds. Go somewhere else.
