This is the worst pharmacy I’ve been too.I am convinced that the workers here are on drugs especially Nicole she’s definitely on something , she looks lost doesn’t know where things are or even acknowledges there’s a line she’s is the most rudest person at this place it took a lot for me to get to this point to where I have to leave review

I am trying to post review for Walgreens at Carrell Corners and Cleveland Avenue in Ft Myers. Hope this is correct store. I can't say enough nice things about the employees and service at this store. I have tried Walgreens in Cape Coral, Florida and was very disappointed in their pharmacy department. The pharmacists and employees in Ft. Myers are very nice to do business with and do their best to meet your needs. I would not go anywhere else. The ease of getting prescriptions filled is excellent. I highly recommend this store to anyone that needs their prescriptions filled on time.

While dropping off a prescription (that was filled faster than they informed) I wandered to the photo section where Randy and Kourtney were working. They went above and beyond for my purchase and informed me of all my options for Christmas cards and ornament. Highly recommend to anyone reading this. Management please acknowledge Randy for this gem you have at your business.

Pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. Takes days to fill prescriptions, in accurate time frames for when the prescription will be ready for pick up. Very long pick up lines as well.

The pharmacist / pharmacy tech here are negligent. I called to ask why my script was saying it was delayed because of insurance, because I was out of medicine and knew it would be covered. They said that the script was not in the system (it was, and the dr called it in that day). After they told me it wasn't in the system, they hung up on me. I went in person and asked why my meds were on hold and told them that I was hung up on. They asked me a bunch of questions and then said "give me a few minutes" and walked away from the counter. Why was I waiting? Who knows! I guess I had to wait to find out. Turns out he filled the script and gave it to me. Didn't say sorry for hanging up on me, didn't tell me why they had the script on hold, just nothing. Just filled the script and acted like nothing was wrong. I shouldn't have to push for my medication to be filled. I have a prescription, I have insurance, and I filled it on time. They were negligent in their job to fill my medication on time, and treated me like a criminal. Just terrible.

Well where do I begin, this is the worst Walgreens I've even been to. The customer service is terrible and I've been in line for 15 minutes now waiting for my prescription. The service is terrible just find another Walgreens or pharmacy.

I would love to give KUDOS to this Walgreens!!!! My husband and I were scheduled for Covid Tests for travel at another store and despite appointments when we showed up they said they couldn’t do it because they had to pharmacist?♀️!! We had our appointments for 3 days and they had our number!! No call, nothing!!!!!! This put us in huge pickle because of timing!!!!! Called multiple Walgreens who said they couldn’t help. In a final last ditch effort we called this store because it was like 25 min from our home and they said “no problem”! They were so kind!!!! The young lady who worked the drive through, who obviously had to do more work because of this was so pleasant and helpful!!! The pharmacist who agreed to do it and this young lady need gold stars and recognition. Honestly saved our 15 year anniversary trip!

Ok disclaimer: I don't write bad reviews. If I don't enjoy an experience at a restaurant or similar I just keep it to myself and never go back. But I have to say something about this store and my experience today because it was a serious safety issue. The extremely rude store manager told me "idk you could use the drive through" when I politely informed him I was unable to approach the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions due to a family of 3 openly coughing (!!) without wearing masks and standing in front of the pharmacy blocking it and the entire supplement area in their vicinity. A business such as a pharmacy has a larger responsibility to enforce a mask policy because there are many sick people who will inevitably pass through. Businesses have every right to require a mask and this location said right in front of the store that they required masks. What exactly does "required" mean when the manager will not do a single thing to keep his employees or other customers safe? I'm extremely offended and disappointed that a reasonable request for my own and everyone else's safety was not just laughed at but I was basically told to piss off by a store manager. If you want to be safe, avoid this store at all costs. Go literally anywhere else or you will probably catch coronavirus.
