Not that my rating could make their average rating any lower…. but. I pull up to the drive through window around 1:30. Within about 10 seconds someone says “hello”. I’m thinking “wow this is great! Nobody ever helps me this quickly!” She says “hello, we are closing for lunch, you can come back at 2pm” and proceeds to put the closed for lunch sign up and pull the shade down over the window ? you can’t make this stuff up!

By far this place needs some real workers with class because there is a lot I want to say but I don't want to be anymore negative about it but please handle this matter or someone might not play ur games because some ppl handle things different ?

Josue from pharmacy is amazing. He is always so helpful and kind. I hope I am spelling his name correct because he deserves recognition. He helped me with applying a discount for my husband's medication and was amazingly patient and polite. Every time I come in to pick up prescriptions he is always polite and patient. I always hope when I go in there he is there to ring me up and help me.

I went to pick up my prescription today. Althea is very rude. I said hello how are you? snubbed me. when checking out I said Have a nice day with a bright smile. Ignored me. no customer service skills at all.
Furthermore, an elderly lady walked up just to ask a quick question. she ignored her and went to the drive thru window. I do understand the customer was waiting in the window, but she could have acknowledged her. said, "I'll be right with you, mam" common courtesy. then she would have found out she only had a quick question and she would have been on her way.
She is back there telling story and laughing and I have absolutely no problem with that. You have to enjoy yourself at work and get through the day and I love that happy personality - if only it could also be projected to your customers.
it felt like she was thinking How dare I walk in now and interrupt her story.. know what I mean?
I'm still giving it 3 stars because the girl that was working last night was lovely and very helpful. I wish I saw her name I would acknowledge her. I'll get it next time and edit this review because I believe positive things need to be noted at well as negative.
I also wish they had more people at the check out counter up front. always a long line.

Rudest pharmacy tech ever, with the mousy hair and glasses, has the personality of a wet mop and does not like to do her job. Simple requests met with attitude and hostility. They shoukd really put her in the back so she is not dealing with customers

The lady that works in the liquor store, I wish I got her name she's a little lady with short hair and glasses. Every time I go in there she's deals with a rude customer and is so mature and kind about it. She honestly deserves a raise how she manages these customers. I look forward to talking to her every time I go in she's a sweet caring person. she's a 10 out of 10 associate and deserves the world.

When you've been chillen in the photo area for a while watching customer after customer after customer get help and get ignored. Crazy you can make eye contact with an older lady working and watch her turn around and walk towards the registers to find someone else to help instead. There needs to be some type of management available onsite at all times to assist in making sure the store in run properly and competently.

Today is October 17 Tuesday 2023. I see the store is not so busy since it’s 6:53pm and I’m searching thru the isles to find anything for my child upset stomach since he’s been feeling a little down. Mind you he vomit 2x before heading to this Walgreens. So I asked for some guidance at the pharmacy department and was told these products are on isle 25 . I’m looking for 2 products that I cannot find. My son keeps urging me to hurry since he’s can’t take it anymore I’m waiting for the same lady that advise me to check the isle she told me to go look for it. Typical other staff that had already saw me prior at the pharmacy dept didn’t even bother asking if I found the product. Just dismiss and ignore me? Wow this would have saved everyone time if this product was found and you guys can go about your day. I deal with customer service mon-fri. Your staff is either selfless and unaware of how to deal with people.

I have Never in all my years come across a person at the Pharmacy who treated me with such disrespect because I didn’t have an account with them, so wouldn’t fill a hand written prescription from a Dr. She literally told me. ABSOLUTELY NOT, take your prescription and leave.I’m disgusted
