Their prices are much higher than other dealerships be careful
don't sign any paper work before you read it very shifty personnel from
sales to manager and specially the F&I person, I had a very bad experience with this dealer they quoted one price and changed the figures on the

Went in to get a quote for pay off on my lease and realized that a badge reel was taken from my car. Maybe it was a way for you all to think I was going to trade the car in if you took something out of it? I will never come back to you all.

BUYER BEWARE! Recently purchased a car from this dealership, and after driving it for a week I realized there were issues with vehicle that were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase! I called to see if I can get it resolved and was met with attitude and an overall negative response. I will take my money elsewhere next time!

I had the absolute amazing experience at this dealership. Joe made sure to answer all of my questions, he was extremely kind and pleasant to talk to. Brantley made sure I got the car model and color I wanted. They both worked together to make sure I left happy. Niki was also very helpful in getting me the best deal. My experience could not have been a better! Volkswagen of Fort Myers definitely has the BEST team.
