Didn't get a choice in the 12 gig ram option with more memory. Lesson learned. I'll just get my phone's online directly from Samsung. They will give you a real discount upfront. Unlike verizon. They split it up over 3 years on contract. They were keen on adding a bunch of nonsense I didn't need on that contract, too. Update, getting throtted bad. Paying lots of money and not getting 5G speeds is ridiculous. Throttling down to 3G seems like. Can't even get a speed test to run. Update: Well, it's been months, and the service is getting worse. Very slow usually. Pre pay is the way to go. It seemed to be much faster. And you can pay ahead.

I want to thank Mike who took a whole hour while in store talking to corporate customer service to resolve a convoluted issue. He understood the issue and treated it promptly. While it took an hour, I told him it would’ve probably taken me 2 whole days to resolve it and even then I wouldn’t have gotten to the bottom of it. Way to go, Mike!

Walk-in. Waited almost 40min not one rep ever even walked up to me. And I checked in on scan for assistance, didn't help! But 2 other person of the lighter colored complexion walked in and got assistance walking into the door! So I do feel a little racistity within this establishment! Sorry for wasting your time Verizon! Was a loyal customer!?!?!

Allan solved an urgent problem we had on our cell phones. He spent more than an hour with number portability on the phone so that we could leave the store with the problem solved. He really saved our work week thanks to his patience.
