I am currently a Verizon customer. My cell and sms service was down for two days. I went in because my phone said the SIM card was bad.I was turned away because I did not purchase the phone from this location. Mind you I'm a new Verizon customer of only 3 months.I went in expecting to be able to regain service and I had to wait another day and go to a different location.

I went in on 12/31 looking to switch my provider to Verizon and get a new phone. I had dropped my old phone on the floor that morning and the screen went completely green. I was avoiding to get a new phone as I was not ready to spend money and tried to bring by phone back to life on my own all day. No luck. Mind you - it was New Year’s Eve. At the Verizon store I was greeted by Fanuel, who provided a superb customer service. Fanuel was wonderful. His patience was appreciated, as he was working on getting everything set up for me until 9pm on a New Year’s Eve!!! He stayed until after the store closed to make sure that I got everything I needed. It was a long process in my case bc 1) it was a hassle to obtain a pin from the previous provider, 2) we could barely see what’s on the screen, 3) the transfer of the things I had on the phone couldn’t be made from phone to phone due to the bad shape of my old phone. We had to do the download and upload through icloud. Fanuel certainly deserves recognition for going above and beyond. I highly recommend that store!

Daniel Cuthbert was helpful, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with. We came in with a number of questions and problems and he answered all of our questions and solved all of our problems. We were so impressed with him that we bought a new iPhone and upgraded our service to a plan that would be better for us. He was wonderful. We can't say enough about how patient and kind that he was with the many uneducated questions that we had to ask him repeatedly. We will share our experience with him with all of our friends and family. We've been Verizon customers for over 20 years and we never received such good service from an employee. We will send everyone to Daniel. Thank you again.

We received excellent customer service and care from Josie at this location, who went above and beyond to bring my family onto a Verizon mobile plan with the phones we all wanted. Her kindness, clarity, and patience were so appreciated by us. She demonstrates the kind of service you hope to come in contact with when dealing with the stressful process of switching providers. Thanks again!

They have excellent customer service. They are very helpful and friendly. But you're going to pay more with Verizon. I told the employee who sold my phone/plan that I needed fast internet on my phone. That's why I was leaving Metro pcs. After a couple of weeks of really bad slow internet I had to go back in and ended up having to upgrade to a more expensive plan in order to get faster internet. Expect to pay more. They are tricky.

The only reason I'm awarding one star is because I know of no way to rate this establishment lower. I entered the store on 11/17/23 with a problem I was having with my phone. I explained my problem to the sales person and handed him my phone. He took it, went to a different station, plugged it in and explained that he was doing a diagnostic on it. After a few minutes he brought the phone back and explained that the antenna was faulty and the phone needed to be replaced. After many questions to the sales person and confusing responses I took my phone and left.The next day I took my phone to a different Version store and explained the problem I was having with my phone. I handed my phone to the salesman, he tapped the screen a few times, and handed the phone back. He had solved my problem. No faulty antenna, no need to buy a new phone.At my first stop I was lied to numerous times in an attempt to mislead me and sell me a new phone. If that store is your only possible way to get Verizon service, flush your cell phone down the toilet and go back to a land line.

Abed. He was absolutely wonderful and helped get us into two new devices and a home internet. From opening the door to sitting us down and getting all the info to help save us money. We were able to save over $125 dollars on monthly expenses by combining our phone internet and streaming services all together! Thanks so much for your help Abed!!!

Went in to switch from t-mobile to Verizon. Was in store 4 hours. Why?? Because they put a 1 day "TRAINEE" with me who had no business whatsoever working with customers. To make matters worse the TRAINEE ran my debit card for $2,001 instead of $201."""17 TIMES"". each transaction declined for suspected fraud from B of A.After me being on the phone with the bank they approved the transaction for $153 which the store Mgr said was what it was supposed to be. When I first went in the store I wanted the GOOGLE phone but was told they didn't sell that phone so I ended up with the Samsung S-23. The next day spent in B of A another hour getting 36k put back in my account from all the declined transactions. Never again Verizon
