Tania was so helpful and even when she was working alone with many other customers answered all my questions. She made time for everyone and stayed past closing with me to make sure I was fully set with my new phone. This was a much better experience than I’ve had with many other locations.

If I could give more stars I would. Alex is a amazing associate and you need more employees like him. Upon arriving he was with a customer and greeted me made sure to acknowledge my presence. As he finish with his past customer was quick and eager to assist me. My issue was more than a in store level issue had to call customer service (outage or something like that) he was patient and caring. I had three kids with me which is not easy haha but he never made me feel rush or unwanted because I know certain task need concentration. Alex was able to figure out my phone issue and I left more than happy. I hope you realize what a great asset he is to your company.

I was hesitant to go to this version because I had issues here in the past when upgrading phones last year but I’m glad I came in. I Couldn’t have gone threw the stress of getting through all the problems I had without Brayden! I went to two other Verizon stores and he was the only person to actually help me. He also helped me get my phone reactivated as well after I got my replacement phone which was super helpful because the insurance company mislabeled my imei and he was nothing but kind and helpful from the minute I walked in the doors.

My wife went into the store yesterday just to get a Sim card and I appreciate them selling her a Sim card for $42 that is extremely expensive when they are free at a corporate location but corporate gave her the runaround so I do appreciate that they did that much because I was A pinch I dropped my phone in the water however an associate by the name of Jason Buckley took it upon himself to change my whole plan and my bill went up $120 and how the associate thought I wouldn’t notice is beyond me so I would steer clear of this place and I do not appreciate them making changes when My wife was just there To purchase a SIM card very unprofessional and very sneaky Had this account for 10 years how could someone think that I would not notice a price increase of that amount just really silly and ignorant Stay away from this location and especially that associate just go to corporate by all means at least if you have a bad experience you will be credited

Tania is technically astute and very good at what she does. She is very patient and polite. In the time frame of a week Tania has sold us a phone and solved a very troubling technical issue.Thanks Tania!!Rich and Barbara Stoop

We had just purchased 4 new phones and a watch next door at Costco from two lovely sales reps, they told us to head over to this location for accessories and 5 boxes to ship our existing phones back to the company. They said just hand this store their business card and say they sent us. Well we got there, we were in the store maybe 20 minutes and not once looked at or offered help. When the lady, with dark complexion and dark hair, finally decided to acknowledge us, we explained we just ordered 4 new phones and a watch and were looking for accessories as well as some boxes to ship our existing phones back. I asked the lady to confirm that all the 5 pieces we picked out were indeed for the correct phone, she couldn't even be bothered to look at each product, only the top one. Then she brought out boxes for us and wouldn't even give them to us, said "they're coming out of our inventory, are you sure they said to pick up the boxes?" I gave her the business card from another Verizon rep, which she insisted on calling, as though we were lying to her. Then she sat back down and never even walked back over to us or said a word. After standing there for another 5 minutes, we were fed up with the horrendous "customer service", left our 5 items behind and told her we would go to another Verizon store. When I asked for the other Verizon business card back, she couldn't even be bothered to hand it back to me. We've been a customer of Verizon for over 30 years and never have we recieved such poor service at any Verizon location until today at this store. We reccomend to choose another location where they will value you and treat you with kind customer service.

We visited this store last December to change our provider, hear that Verizon has a better service and signal. The sales man was kind but now I realized that he just want to sell devices and all kind of stuff. First of all they charge my four lines with activation fee, which I discover later on my bill that Verizon charged me again, called and Verizon agreed not to double charge to my account because I already paid on this store a fee. He talked my husband about his new Pixel phone and that he can have a new watch "free" and just pay $10 monthly for the service and we can cancel whenever we want. I called yesterday to customer service to cancel this service and they told me this is a "contract" and I have to pay $10 monthly for 3 years even tough my husband is not using his watch at all. We were so clear and asked the sales man that we wanted to know how much our monthly bill will be before to switch carrier, he gave us an aprox of $225 to $250 monthly, last three months I have being charged for $300 to $325 which is way more than he offered. Called again to Verizon and they told me this is a store that works independently from Verizon, so they cannot do nothing to fix this two issues. It is so frustrating because I just want a better service and now I'm stock paying more than I though. Please make sure you have everything they offer on a write contract or you will be charged more than you think later on your invoices. I do not recommend to use independent stores because they don't care about customers.

I met with "Eddie" who laid out total expenses for cell, Wi-Fi, watches etc.. along with applicable promotions, costs, fees and taxes (i.e. "Out the door monthly cost"). Bills were SUBSTANTIALLY higher. Do not trust the sales pitch ...his/their word turned out far less accurate, whether intentionally or misinformed. Eddie spent more time speaking of his domestic situations than providing specific details related to charges, fees, and billing.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store. They were not pushy. They answered all my questions they were quick I didn’t take five hours to buy two phones I could not have been happier.

Tania was a total professional answering all my questions, successfully finding my TracFone account which had been cancelled, providing me with a new phone and she transferred all of my contacts, photos and apps I use daily to.
