When I called the 800 customer service number to retrieve the package the post office failed to deliver a customer service rep whose name was Marvin told me to go to Downtown Fort Myers Monroe st to pick it up. Wasted a trip to find a locked door and a sign to go to Page Field Office. Line was long. Staff could care less.
In addition, ever since the new year, the postal deliveries and pick ups have been hit or miss.
I had to mail time sensitive documents that required a postmark (no email or website allowed for me to do this) for a credit card security verification. Credit Card company informed me the letter they sent was returned to them as undeliverable. I've never had a change of address. But whoever is doing the Fort Myers route is inconsistent. Needs SERIOUS improvement.
