These people are clowns, sent some lazy delivery driver who claimed my open business was "vacant" to get out of work. We reviewed our security cameras and there was no mail truck or any attempt to deliver the package. Had to spend an hour on the phone with USPS just to have them put in a "request" to unmark the "vacancy" their bum driver put in the system, and found out my package was already being returned to sender after one delivery "attempt" so now I don't have the parts I need. What a joke!

Recently moved to the area, had changed of address. Then all of the sudden my mail has been missing, I lost so far over 7 pieces of mail. Informed delivery confirmation but the mail never made inside my mailbox. I am frustrated, I work crazy hours, I don't even have time to stop by the office, I called the post off number to make a complaint so far has gotten nowhere and I am still missing mails. This location is the worst for delivering mail. I never once had so much missing mail since moving here. I am to a point of getting a different PO BOX somewhere instead of trusting the post office at this location failure to do their job. Reporting missing mail online is a joke nothing gets done.

I filed a claim and they called me to tell me they have my package and its out for delivery, still not delivered and tracking says its in transit, where is my package? No one cares, no big heads to talk to who can make a difference, here is my tracking, shipped on the 4th and still not delivered. What a waste of time9535212440614095451736

I arrived at the pick up office on 02/01/2024 needing help with a delivery issue. The team working pickup desk there was so helpful and successfully fixed my delivery and saved the day . Thank you so much !

Refused ti deliver packages to an apartment complex because the apartment number wasn't on the address. Spoke to the office who said it happens all the time and all other delivery companies just give them ti the office who can look up the name. Not these overpaid box truck drivers no no, they just refuse, then refuse ti tell you where your package is so you can pick it up. And then send it back to the senders address. And they wonder why no one respects them.

Never answer a single call,bad customer service,rude in store employees, long lines for pickup daily that close at 4, just an absent workplace almost. I would rate negative 5 stars if I could rate it that way. If you can avoid this place just headaches and annoyances.

Says open Saturday mornings. I was there at 1145 am and it was closed. That incompetence made me miss out on an actual location that closed at noon. Now off to spend more at UPS which is open and package has to go. How come USPS can’t get something super simple like hours correct? Please fire who’s in charge.

They lost my package ? and gave me a fake tracking #. I purchased a dress for my mom for $200, I was trying to return it to get a bigger size, but those people lost my mom's package and refused to help me. Please guys do trust them????

This location, though not a retail facility, has the best, most helpful and,friendly employees to help the customer!People need to have a Better understanding of how the USPS make decisions.I read some reviews about packages that were not delivered by the carrier and instead a orange slip was left in mail box that states that the package was not deliverable for whatever the reason, even though the customer was home and outside he says that they didn't even try to deliver it! LolWell that's because the decision to not attempt a delivery was made at the office and there for the package was not on truck.I've leaned that it's usually the customer's own fault they're not receiving their mail.The POSTAL SERVICE is the best at getting the delivery where it should be and they are the cheapest place to ship or mail anything anywhere in the world.They can't hold the person's hand to make sure the proper procedure is followed to make sure you have a successful experience, but they will do their best to help it happen, especially now that they are modernized in the technology.ALL AMERICANS SHOULD BE GRATEFUL TO HAVE A FEDERAL SERVICE THAT HAS AND WILL ALWAYS do THE BEST FOR THE COUSTOMER, with no financial help by taxing fellow Americans.The USPS is America's first and only real service to everyone for no charge to your state or Federal taxes.???????????????

I’m going to add my experience but I doubt it will help because USPS is a monopoly that doesn’t care about customers. They have no customer service because we aren’t customers, we don’t choose them. We’re stuck with them.Similar to other reviews, my driver left a slip in my mail box stating that my package was undeliverable. There were 3 cars in the driveway and I was sitting on the front porch. I have cameras on my property that show that no delivery attempt was made.I left work early Saturday to receive my package. Now I’m taking off work today to go pick it up.This should be illegal, and there should be a way to correct this system. Granted, we can’t all stop usi by USPS, but what CAN we do? Think… it’s not illegal. Yet.

Can you give negative stars? I wish.. These people should just shut this branch down and go do something else they clearly hate their job. The mailman wont deliver mail, and shut my box down without telling anyone for no reason. If you go in person to discuss, the people at the office are rude and no one wants to help. This should be a crime withholding peoples mail for no reason. Pathetic
