I got my eyebrows waxed and they were very sloppy. I also left bleeding under my eyebrow from the lady rushing to pluck my eyebrows. Had to go home and fix them, there were hairs all over the place and it was uneven.

Had a great experience. Got GelX nails with Jason, he did an exceptional job. The salon was very clean and the owners were very nice and welcoming. Would highly recommend to any friend of mine. Planning to come back again very soon!

Worst pedicure ever! Don’t come unless you like being abused. Being nicked on your cuticle really HURTS! The man that did my pedicure was very rough, rude and non-communicative. He couldn’t muster a smile or basic social pleasantry. He tapped and pushed my foot aggressively when he wanted me to change foot, and that happened 25-30 times. I feared the whole time he would cut me, and he did. He clipped aggressively and pulled out a bit of my flesh when doing the cuticle on my left second toe and I bled. I asked him to put alcohol on to stop any infection. He never apologized. The lady worker saw it and suggested he put something else on which he ignored. I reported it to the man at the cash and all he said was he will talk to this guy. He didn’t apologize either and charged me all the same. It’s disgusting how they think it’s no big deal. Don’t come unless you like being abused.

As always….AMAZING!! So relaxing and the staff is wonderful! Pedicure always comes out top notch!! LOVE!! Under new management and what a difference! The place is beautiful all brand new chairs and colors! and the staff is so friendly and helpful!! A must for mani or pedi!

Went here to try this nail salon. I was very disappointed with my nails. The technician cut them way too short. She showed me the first nail after clipping which I agreed to, but continued to cut the rest even shorter. I was having the dipping powder which I use and prefer because it feels and looks so much more natural than acrylic. Instead of wrapping each nail to remove the dip, she filled a baggy, placed a paper towel in it, filled it with acetone and my whole hand. This was totally different than I had ever seen. The old dip finally dissolved after her rubbing them in the baggy.. I won’t even tell you how dry my hands are…I should have left but I thought maybe this is a newer way of removing existing powder. Unfortunately, things deteriorated from that point on. The thickness of her finished product was surprisingly thicker than old fashioned fiberglass. She also continuously nicked my cuticles when she was filing with her drill. She did apologize each time it happened. I did like the color I chose. I was also surprised when instead of letting me wash my hands at the end, she sprinkled them with water and patted them dry. She then proceeded to massage my gritty hands with cream. Not very comfortable without allowing me to wash before massage. I am still removing excess hardened powder from the interior of my nails which using a brush and water at the salon before the massage, would have been removed. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
