Such a rude manager. We walked in to do notary services after having made an appointment online, and she said after one look at me and the paperwork that they would not notarize it. Didn’t really give a good reason why. I had driven all the way from Fort Lauderdale to Fort Myers to get this done. We went to another UPS store just down the street and got it done in two minutes. The lady obviously has some racist tendencies and saw our skin and decided not to do it. Too bad, so sad…

All of the employees at this place have always been great but the past few times I have dealt with Katie and she has made my experience exceptional… I'll definitely make the drive so I can get done right the first time and you should too

I do not enjoy going into these UPS / Mail style stores as I've been treated poorly in the past at another location in FM. This location each and every time always has a smile on their face and always been eager to help. I drive out of my way to goto this location when I need these services now.

Rick is absolutely useless as far as helping anyone. He refuses to do his job. This store is a waste of time. UPS in Fort Myers needs to get it together. I have never seen such poor service as I have in this city. UPS as a company needs to send down some higher ups and clean house and get some employees that will actually competently and efficiently do their jobs.

Hugely disappointed to stand in line and find out they no longer ship to Canada. They operate under the ‘UPS’ brand which is a global company with a global customer focused business strategy. Ridiculous.

Apparently, according to rude & unhelpful UPS lady I can't send a letter to The UK via UPS or USPS without knowing destination Tel #. What if I came in with 50 Christmas cards ???? First I Heard of this requirement.

This is a VERY BUSY location! But in spite of the never ending foot traffic I had a great experience today. I needed a ton of colored copies made from multiple individual files. Angie was very attentive, patient and helpful throughout the whole process - in spite of being very busy and helping other patrons in between checking on my needs. She made sure I was a happy customer and I will be back

I am extremely disappointed in UPS's service and would not recommend them to anyone. They lost my package that I had entrusted to them and then had the audacity to tell me that it was not their problem. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.I dropped off my package at a UPS location and trusted them to deliver it to its destination. However, my package never arrived, and when I contacted UPS, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They (Rick) gave me no information about what happened to my package and refused to take any responsibility for their mistake. Instead, they told me that it was not their problem and that I should contact the sender.As a customer, I expect a shipping service to take responsibility for their mistakes and work with me to find a solution. Losing my package and then refusing to help me is not acceptable. UPS has failed to provide the reliable service that they claim to offer, and I will not be using them again in the future.I strongly advise against using UPS for any shipping needs. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable, and there are plenty of other shipping services that are more reliable and trustworthy. Don't waste your time and money with UPS.

I don't know how UPS has their brand in this store. First they didn't want to give me pouches so I could label my 17 boxes, then they saw me carrying the boxes by hand from the parking lot and they didn't offer me a hand truck, but rather kept the one they had. My advice to anyone who wants to use the services of this store and has a lot of boxes to send is: If you can't fit a hand truck in the van and this is the only @UPS #UPS store nearby, be very patient because the customer service sucks don’t exists in this store @UPS #UPS Store.
