Getting everything packed was a long process, but moving with UPACK was a breeze. From my initial call about pricing to the final pick-up of the trailer, it could not have been any better! Pricing is fair, customer service is incredible, and delivery and trailer pick-up were simple and timely. The trailer was clean and did not leak! We were loading while tropical storm Debby was nearing our location, delivering several days of showers and wind.
My only issues were with the bulkhead locking mechanism and the ramp. Both were banged up and needed repair, but they could be convinced to cooperate.
I still give UPACK five stars because their service overcame the minor imperfections of some of the equipment. I recommend this company for a thorough, safe, competent moving experience.
Now I'm on to unpacking and figuring out where to put all of this stuff!

This was my first experience using a moving container company. The move could not have been easier. Everything I was told happened exactly as I was told at the time I was told. I contacted 3 companies before the move and U-Pack was also the most economical.

After using PODS a couple times, we are now U-Pack Customers. Infinitely better on ALL levels. Great communication. Prompt. No hardsell. Better containers .PODS has sliding doors, which, if your contents shifts against the door while being transported, can keep it from opening. U-Pack has side to side doors. Much much better. U-pack ships their own containers through their parent company ABF. PODS contracts out, so, if there's a problem, it becomes a pain to get answers/results. If you're thinking of using a container to move........U-Pack....all the way !!!

The U-Pack move that we just completed was absolutely incredible. From start to finish the process couldn't have been better. The call center representatives were extremely helpful and available to answer questions. The local hub employees on both ends of our move were just as helpful and accommodated a couple of special requests without hesitation. We moved from Florida to Georgia and the price we paid for U-Pack was less about half of what it would have cost to use U-Haul or Penske and then we would still have to drive the trucks and pay for fuel. Pack it high and tight and let them do the driving! I can't say enough about how great an experience this was. The only thing that would have made it better is if they would have loaded and unloaded the truck for me!!

I can go on and on about how great this service was. It was a great value to move our furniture and we didn't have to worry one bit. It was an easy process, the customer service was GREAT, and everything was like a well-oiled machine. I'm so grateful we found this and would recommend it to everyone. We will definitely use again.

The customer service from the beginning was super. They stuck with the quoted price with no hidden extras. All time frames were within expected expectations. Drivers both coming and going were professional and courteous. I recommend this company highly.

rented 28' trailor in Cape Coral, FL after recent hurricane. Easy to setup, drop off on time and easy; scheduling pickup easy and on time. scheduling drop off at new location easy and ontime. scheduling pickup of empty trailor easy and ontime.very good experience and fair price, I recommend Upack

I had the best experience loading my possessions at the Ft. Myers FL location. Brandon went above and beyond to help me. Desi was also helpful by calling to confirm my reservation and letting me know my trailer number and where it would be. There was a panel bent on my trailer and Brandon went to get me a brand new one. He even used the forklift to get it into the trailer. I couldn't recommend them any more highly. Thanks for all your support!

The trailer was clean and well kept, and our things got from Point A to Point B in a timely manner without damage. However, the communication within the company and their outsourced companies was absolutely terrible. I highly recommend confirming any questions or plans with U-Pack, origin contact, and destination contact. I consistently received different information from all of these sources, and none of them took responsibility for what the other said (as if they were all separate companies and any incorrect information was my problem to deal with). We ended up having to drive a 2-hour round trip at our destination site to pick up a ramp for our trailer (which we had been told it was find to not have packed in and that it would be transported separately), and the manager at the Fort Myers, FL location was incredibly rude and unhelpful with the situation.*Re response from company below: I was already in contact with customer service, and the representative not only refused to take any responsibility for the situation but also refused through 4 requests to forward me to his supervisor. They have just stopped responding entirely. Also, to clarify, this issue was outside of what was covered in the packet provided - I am referring to information that was provided to me directly from employees.

Multiple things made me go with this company compared to others out there. First and most importantly- THE PRICE!For the size of the container this was the best price in the market.The Level of profesionalism was adequate from the moment I started business all the way until the last day.The drop off was easy, delivery was on time and pick up as well.I highly recommend Upack and plan to use this company in the future.
